    VILLA ZEN is a 350 m2 house decorated in Thai style with a heated swimming pool in the middle of a beautiful 350 m2 tropical garden, sea view, full of plants and surrounded by oriental stone sculptures. The swimming pool is for private use only for the guests of the house.

    House with a heated pool (4.5 x 8 m) and night lighting. Outdoor area with pergola, armchairs, sun loungers, a porch with dining area and a barbecue. It has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and 1 guest toilet: two rooms are on the middle floor (one en-suite and another with a sofa bed) and one spacious room on the upper floor with a terrace and sea views. It includes Wi-Fi, Netflix, a games room with ping-pong and table football and a children’s area. Located in a quiet area of Adeje, close to amenities.

    It has an ideal location in the south, Adeje, one of the most sought after areas of Tenerife, in a quiet area and close to all the services and centres of interest of the island. The South airport is only 20 minutes away.

    The access is directly through the garden and the first thing that appears is the swimming pool area. This area has a sunbathing area, a pergola perfect for breakfast, reading or a glass of wine at the end of the day. Surrounded by hedges and presided over by a stone statue is the Balinese bed. The porch has a dining table overlooking the sea. On the other side of the garden we find a barbecue and outdoor kitchen and complete this area, the outdoor sofas.

    The access is directly through the garden and the first thing that appears is the swimming pool area. This area has a solarium area, a pergola perfect for breakfast, reading or having a glass of wine at the end of the day. Surrounded by hedges and presided over by a stone statue is the Balinese bed. The porch has a dining table overlooking the sea. On the other side of the garden we find a barbecue and outdoor kitchen and complete this area, the outdoor sofas.

    On the ground floor there is a spacious living room, a fully equipped kitchen, a toilet, a children's play area with direct view from the kitchen and going downstairs, the games room with billiards and table football.

    On the first floor there are two bedrooms and two bathrooms. The first bedroom with balcony has a double bed and en suite bathroom with shower. The second bedroom is a large bedroom with double bed and sitting area with a sofa bed. The second bathroom is independent and is equipped with a bathtub. On the upper floor is the third bedroom of a size of 75 meters with a large terrace. It has a double bed and beautiful views of the sea and the mountains.

    The house has high speed wifi and Netflix.

    Parking is very easy, there is free parking in front of the house, as well as a bus stop and taxi rank. There is a bar, pizzeria and small grocery shop 20 metres away. The main street with numerous shops and restaurants is just a 5 minute walk away.

    Villa Zen is located in a quiet residential area in the centre of Adeje. All amenities are within walking distance. A car is not necessary. Taxi and bus stop only a few meters from the house.
