My son and I stayed here for a weekend and it was nice and quiet. We even got the pool and jacuzzi to ourselves. The staff was very friendly!

This property is a regular stop as we make our way back and forth between the Mid-Atlantic and Mid-West. It's convenient to the Interstate that we usually use and there are enough restaurants nearby to provide choices. The property itself is fairly well maintained, but the staff makes it work. From front desk to housekeeping everyone we've met has been helpful, professional and friendly,

Great wheelchair accessible room
I needed to use a wheelchair accessible room. Often when we get to a hotel these are a huge disappointment. But the room at the Fairfield Inn was outstanding. I will be telling other limited mobility travelers about it.

Front desk staff person at check in was professional and efficient. Property was clean and in good condition but starting to show its age in a few areas. I had a couple of minor gripes: the shower curtain was mildewed and needed to be changed. The air conditioner was a little loud and musty smelling. Neither issue would prevent me from booking this property again, just some notes for housekeeping follow up. Had i checked in at a reasonable time i would have asked for these issues to be addressed but it was very late. Overall, i would recommend this property and would stay here again.

This property is on a main road and near a highway, so it's not the quietest spot, but it's right near every convenience you might want and also provides easy access to the entire Cleveland metro area. It should be noted that Ohio has toll roads.

Top quality for the $$
Top shelf. The room was very clean and had all we needed. Not the most modern facility but it was all neat, didn't have tons of decorative pillows (breeding ground for germs) and everything worked. The highlight was the breakfast. The hot foods were very fresh and hot. The variety of breads and pastries was substantial and there was staff constantly updating, cleaning, etc. I would absolutely stay there again.

Disliked: Staff & service, property conditions & facilities
Front desk staff and other staff members are very rude and racist. I would never stay there again. Pool was closed(I didn’t travel to use it anyway) and breakfast wasn’t the greatest thing ever. The place is outdated for the price they are charging.

This property is very nice. The staff was friendly, the breakfast was tasty, room was clean and quiet. Stayed 5 nights and standards were met during stay. The Breathe bold coffee was excellent.
