Bellavista is a lovely 2 bedroom apartment with pool & amazing view

Bella Vista has a large balcony with beautiful views over looking the bay of Cala 'n Porter and is surrounded by mature gardens with plenty of shade. Just a 10 minute walk to restaurants, bars, facilities and the beach.

During the summer holidays Guests have access to a games room, bar, restaurant, video/ TV lounge, entertainment. and a large pool with a shallow kiddy's section in the adjoining holiday complex. The area is unspoiled picturesque and friendly. Bella Vista is located in the most spectacularly beautiful area of Calan Porter. There are beautiful cliff walks nearby also for those with teenagers, there’s a great balearic disco set in caves inside a cliff with great view over the sea

We have two mobile air cooling water cooler units and there are cieling fans in every room.

We have a large wall mounted smart TV in the salon and a smaller one the kids bedroom to keep them occupied when your trying to relax.

There is a kichen area with hob baking oven kettle microwave fridge freezer adjoining the salon

Decent for the price
I nice cost effective stay. Just a 10 minute walk from restaurants and supermarket. Beach is about 20 minutes walk and is lovely. If your adventurous hire some kayaks from the beach and explore the many caves cut into the cliffs. Very nice views from the veranda and in a very quiet location. The apartment is traditional Spanish with dark wood furnishings etc. it was spotlessly clean on arrival. My only recommendations to the owner would be to consider getting some softer mattresses…(they were very hard), and to do a little tlc to the kitchen. Overall a good experience for the money if you are working on a budget like us.

A very convenient, clean apartment
We had a lovely time in Cala'n Porter. The apartment was clean and very well equipped. We prepared breakfast and lunches at the apartment and had takeaways for dinner. We can recommend a lovely paella at Lorengo and a beautiful tapas at Casa Tia. Shops and restaurants are up to 10 mins walk and so is the nearest beach. It is a bit hilly everywhere you go up and down. With three little children We wished we hired a car It would have been very handy. The distance from the airport to the apartment is approximately 15 minutes drive. We all enjoyed the swimming pool which was a few steps down from the apartment, kiddy pool was handy for our youngest who absolutely loved an unlimited use of it . The apartment is on the ground floor which was handy for us with the buggy. There is a little patio/outside space to seat, which we enjoyed and had a bbq once. It was too hot for us during nights as we stayed in August, however the apartment is equipped with 2 big fans and 3 other cooling units which was very useful. Overall, we were happy with our experience of visiting beautiful Cala’n Porter, and staying in Paul’s apartment felt like our own home. Thank you

Excellent budget property in a lovely location
This budget property was much cheaper than other properties and yet had pool access, an outdoor seating area with views, and parking outside the property. There were fans, which helped during the heatwave we experienced while there. Great budget stay in a small complex with a lovely pool.

Location, location, location.
Excellent location. Perfect for us as a couple, loved being on the ground floor as got a wonderful terrace too. Less than 10 minutes walking to restaurants and supermarkets.

Well located apartment which could be very pleasant if it were not in very average condition and not very clean (dust under the beds and sofa). The furniture is outdated and in poor condition (kitchen, bathroom). The whole thing needs serious renovation.

È molto bello il resort e la casa rustica, ma ha tutto il necessario. Molto comodo il modo in cui è possibile accedere anche se il parcheggio non è sempre garantito. Peccato per L’incomprensione del primo giorno in cui non sapevano del nostro arrivo per cui era ancora tutto da pulire, ma sono stati molto gentili nel ripulire tutto il giorno dopo e nello scusarsi anche con un rimborso.

Precioso apartamento.
Bonito apartamento con muy buena relación calidad-precio. Fuimos en familia y aunque el apartamento es pequeñito no le falta detalle. Por poner un pero la subida de la cala al apartamento se hace muy cuesta arriba.

Excellent séjour à Bellavista
Nous avons passé un très bon Séjour à Bellavista à La Cala en Porter. Le logement est très bien situé. La propriétaire a réagit très rapidement quand nous avons eu un problème avec l'accés à la piscine. Nous y retournerons à nouveau avec plaisir.
