Excellent stay friendly and extremely clean
Amazing stay very clean very friendly, helpful, let us keep out luggage after check out, and ate still until we left. The only dis appointing thing was my hotel massage 75 euro awful massage just felt like somebody rubbing the ha da o er and no water offered afterwards and miserablw face just wanted to go home as i was the last client. Hotel was impeccably. We would stay agsin.

The food was excellent and we loved our room. Our only objections were that the indoor pool was a little cold. Even stranger, the jacuzzi was cold, which obviously surprised not only ourselves but other guests we watched trying to use it. We tried to see the evening entertainment and it was ok for a short time but it was very distracting and annoying to have all of the little kids dancing and running around in front of the stage, even thought it was later in the evening. The kids were fine being in attendance, even though they would not have enjoyed the music, but it would be helpful if, at the beginning of the entertainment , someone asked that everyone (including children) stay away from the space in front of the stage. While we watched it was a total day care/playground in front of the stage with kids racing each other around the area and back and forth continually. Just a suggestion. I noticed several other people, especially older people, leave early because of this.

Thank you very much!The temperature of the indoor pool and jacuzzi t's regulated according to the standards defined for this type of common space, in order to maintain the health and safety conditions of the water, being therefore at a maximum temperature of 28º. For safety reasons and in order to guarantee the proper functioning of our shows, children are not allowed on stage. Despite this rule is advertised onsite and our team do their best to ensure that it is compiled with, we can't always avoid situations like these.It’s also important to emphasize that all children must always be accompanied by an adult, so we always request the cooperation of the parents on this matter.We hope that this situation will not deter you from visiting us on your next trip to Algarve!See you soon. Clean hotel, in a good location
Lovely hotel in good quiet location, the majority of the staff were all helpful and friendly. All staff work hard, the hotel and grounds are spotless. Food and drink was good for a all inclusive !!

I glad i choice this hotel. Facilities and pool area very nice. Restaurant got so big selection of food, every day different and tasty. Always lots of fresh fruits and juices, also many options for kids. By pool area we had nice music and lots of activities for kids and adults. We booked pool view room and got amazing sea and pool view . Thank you all staff , everyone very friendly. There is in restaurant area lady who clean a table , she is amazing. And when you see her in the morning she cleaning table , smile and singing , your day definitely start with good mood . Unfortunately i not get her name. But wanna say to her Thank you very much .

Hotel is nice for families, quite crowded when busy. We travelled in early October and the pool bar was closed, even though it seemed like high season still. Although the hotel is kept clean it has a weird "toilet small", specially in our room and on level -1. Also, we asked for late check-out since our flight was at 8pm and traveling with a baby, they said they were fully booked, which was not the case since you could book rooms online. I then asked again and said I would pay extra if needed and they suddenly weren't fully booked!

Generally a nice resort for families, would have preferred an adult only section and pool. Coffee and tea were from a machine vs fresh and were only available at breakfast unless you went to bar to obtain. No coffee maker in room. Drinks were self serve, would have been nice to have it served.

This hotel is fantastic. It is extremely clean and staff worked really hard to maintain the standards. There was a wide choice of food which was of a good quality. Couldn’t fault it at all.

The hotel was clean and looked nice But the food was awful All 3 restaurants served the same food buffet everyday. Never anything new at all . The drinks and cocktails were actually disgusting. Was too sweet and. It much options . We had paid for all inclusive but ended up buying our own drinks from a corner shop everyday Also definitely not the best resort to go and relax. Way too many kids The children kids was only good enough for maximum 5 years old so all the older kids were in the same pool as adults and we constantly got hit by balls ans water splashes . Would definitely not got back Oh and the AC don’t work properly

Lovely hotel in beautiful location near the beach. Great customer service. Main drawbacks - pillows too thin, food became very repetitive after a few days, lack of pool loungers available as towel policy not enforced by management.

Nice Hotel but with shortcomings....
From our 5 night stay the good points and not so good were as follows: Good - modern and spacious rooms, good location, cocktails by the pool, 10 minute walk to an amazing beach. Friendly and accommodating staff. Hotel clean and well kept. Not so good - The food was very repetitive, buffet only and dinner was largely the same as lunch in terms of choices. We were usually in and out within 30 minutes and it felt like a college canteen and the food uninspiring and the same virtually every night. Evening entertainment was really poor, the bar was very basic with no charm or character whatsoever. Pool was cold and the hotel busy, making it feel a bit too crowded and difficult to keep your own space given Covid-19. In conclusion, the hotel is probably fine for a family with young children but anyone looking for a little more style, sophistication and decent food (which it had none of) should probably look elsewhere.

Very nice all inclusive hotel
Hotel was big. Food was great choice and plenty of it. Rooms were comfortable although air con wasn't on while we were there, luckily had a ceiling fan. Amazing views and location. Pool area was nice although ideally could be bigger for number of guests. Staff were friendly and helpful. Drinks selection was very good and normal brands not cheap copies. Overall highly recommended.

Excellent even under difficult conditions
We traveled during increasing COVID 19 restrictions but the hotel was very well maintained. A reduced service was offered and we enjoyed our time at this resort. After returning we tested negative for COVID so I can assume the conditions at RIU are protective to the guests.

Fanatstic hotel, check in was easy. Due to covid check in is 4pm however they had a room available and let us check in at 10am. We were given out all inclusive wrist bands upon arrival. They allocate you times to eat in a 1 hour window due to covid, which is good as it maintains a good social distancing level. Rooms are clean, you are provided pool towels also. 1.5l bottles of water Breakast, lunch, snacks and dinner. Entertainment Pool ammenities. The beach is an 5 min walk down the hill. The hotel doesn't have a shop to buy anything but at the bottom of the road there are shops.

Hotel was very good and service exceptional. Covid precautions were well thought out and easy to use. Food selections appeared to be pared back from normal spec and Asian/Grill restaurants not operating. Pool bar also closed which was understandable but a disappointment. Overall they were trying their best in difficult times.

Perfect stay
We are a family of 2 adults and 4 kids, and we had the best vacation ever! First of all, the staff was tremendously kind and the service was excellent everywhere (pool, restaurants, reception, room). The entertainment staff was super talented, and performed great shows, they all spoke 5(!) languages (English, French, German, Spanish and Portuguese), and were super kind/professional/funny/communicative. All day long there were great activities both for the adults and for the kids. The rooms were well organized and clean, we were only disappointed to discover there were no shampoo/conditioner in the bathroom, but there's a mini market just a 100m near the hotel, so it wasn't a problem. The food was fairly good, breakfast was best, the special Asian restaurant is recommende

Couldn’t expect anything more for an all inclusive ClubHotel. Didn’t like the wines and beer from the machine. Should really invest in a heated pool. Unfortunate that families spent the time and money and can’t enjoy the pools! Beautiful, well manicured property. Great location, few minutes walk to the beach and town.
