The hotel is very nice. The breakfast was superb. We only stayed one night but I would definitely consider staying there again. The view of the ocean from atop the cliff is spectacular!

I would recommend this property to people that want to chill all day and sleep There isn’t much to offer other than that The indoor pool are is rubbish and you must book and pay for the steam room / sauna room Which is ridiculous As you would expect the to be free The cafe and restaurant is a rip off like your in a 5* accommodation in the London city centre Very basic food and to be honest your much better off goin out to eat as everything is very local

Stunning view, nice pool area, walkable beach. Are steps to beach but well played out. Great breakfast, front desk helpful, also had dinner one night that was very good. Enjoyed our stay!

Minha estadia no hotel PortoBay Falésia teve desafios notáveis. A receção foi carente em informações e simpatia, e fomos surpreendidos com o aviso de encerramento para férias apenas no check-in. O quarto apresentou problemas no aquecimento, baixa pressão de água na banheira e um buraco, indicando falta de cuidado. Além disso, para um hotel de 4 estrelas, toalhas de banho e lençóis de muita baixa qualidade, ausência de roupão. Relação preço-qualidade não atendeu às expectativas. Apesar da simpatia no restaurante, comentários desnecessários afetaram a experiência. O pequeno-almoço foi agradável, mas o café deixou muito a desejar. A paisagem simplesmente bela. Bar com música ao vivo careceu de alguma qualidade, mas foi engraçado. A piscina interior estava encerrada, impedindo o usufruto de serviços mencionados no site do hotel. Restaurante qualidade insatisfatória. No meio da noite, as portas dos quartos a bater causaram desconforto e até preocupação e portanto consideramos inaceitável. O check-out foi marcado pela ausência de simpatia, não convidando a retornar. A minha avaliação geral o hotel PortoBay Falésia alinha-se a um estabelecimento de 3 estrelas não 4.

O hotel fechou no dia 7 de janeiro sendo o check-out ás 12h00 hora que terminou a sua reserva e obrigatoriedade de serviços contratados, no entanto restaurante e bar da piscina ficaram abertos até ás 18h00 bem como a piscina interior, somente o Spa encerrou ás 12h pois não tinha reservas.Melhores cumprimentos,Fernando Reis FilipeDiretor

Property very expensive for accommodations. Food was subpar and hotel in of an update. Curtains broken in our room, smelled musty, worn out carpet everywhere. Emailed several times and called about rooms together because of small children. They weren’t very helpful and seemed put out by my request. I would not recommend to anyone

Beautiful property, convenient location for exploring the Algarve, wonderful staff and really nice dining options. Highlights are access to the beach, live music in the bar every night, super comfortable beds and a nice little balcony for stepping out for some fresh air directly from your room. Based on all the lovely outdoor furniture and swimming pools, it would be a fantastic place for group gatherings. There are a few hidden decks filled with cozy seating for those who want a chill hangout to enjoy the amazing scenery. Definitely recommend this hotel and would love to return.

The location was beautiful however not much to do if it's rainy. The hotel is old and has some wear and tear in the rooms. The beds are very comfortable. the staff and check out/in was extremely slow. I had several confusing communications about leaving early and ended up being charged for 2 days that i didn't stay there. Lots of confusion if you don't book directly.

Beautiful older resort property that is well maintained. High up on the cliff so has great views of the beach below. Excellent pool bar and breakfast. Walkable to lots of restaurants and the beaches but need to be ok with hills and stairs.

We loved this property for so many reasons. The grounds are beautiful and this hotel is located right by the most beautiful beach we encountered on our trip. The breakfast buffet was delicious with many options, even gluten-free choices for my husband. The room was spacious and the soaps and shampoos were luxurious. Our one complaint about our room was that the air conditioner was running non-stop and was set to the coolest temperature but we found it barely cool enough. Other than that, staying at this hotel was one of the highlights of our 2 week trip to Portugal. We enjoyed exploring the beaches nearby, the many options for dining within walking distance and spending time relaxing at the pool or on the nearly beach.

Fantastic holiday
Fantastic hotel highly recommended to others. Food wonderful plenty of choice for breakfast. Tip- if you want to book an evening meal need to book 2 days in advance. Grounds beautiful plenty of sun beds. Staff extremely friendly Short walk to nearby restaurants and bars 100% would recommend this hotel and i am a frequent traveller. Ps most comfortable beds we have slept on !!!

Beautiful beachfront location
I loved this hotel. The room was spacious and the buffet breakfast and dinner was very comprehensive. It was sort of like a cruise ship dining room in its enormity but a pleasant change from the small traditional hotels with limited offerings. The only shortcoming was the tile grout under the showerhead could have benn cleaner. Very good value.

Porto bay is truly beautiful! We decided to upgrade to a sea view room on the first day to enjoy the hotel even more. Only complaint I would have is entertainment is very allowed until quite late when you have a sea view room. I also had an upset stomach after breakfast one day and as we were only there a short while this wasn’t ideal.

Stunning views, Laidback Vibes - Avoid the Buffet
The location was perfect the view was absolutely stunning. The pool restaurant offered a great menu and the food was amazing. The hotel had a resort type vibe except for the buffet which was frantic at both dinner and breakfast. I would highly recommend this hotel, however suggest that you stay away from the over priced, low value buffet at dinner. In fact, we had breakfast included and on our last day we opted to pay for a delicious breakfast and great coffee elsewhere. There are many better food options nearby. Enjoy!

Excellent hotel. Rooms were decent size and spacious, food was excellent with plenty of choice, pool, facilities, location all very good. Would recommend.

Clean ,comfortable hotel in the most beautiful setting. Our room was perfect eith the most wonderful ocean view. Staff very approachable and helpful. Breakfast buffet very good selection. A relaxing break and cant wait to go back.
