Pretty disappointing. Bed uncomfortable, TV basically useless for English speakers, shower and sink don’t drain, A/C terrible. Restaurant was not good. On the plus side, great location. It should be a 2.5 star hotel.

Fantastic hotel! I’m a fussy ex hotel manager and this place certainly didn’t disappoint. Welcome drinks on arrival, foyer and public spaces spotlessly clean, large bedroom (with the biggest bed I’ve ever slept in), excellent housekeeper, restaurant had a large variety of foods to suit all appetites, waiting staff very attentive. Overall an excellent stay. Looking forward to returning.

Lovely hotel. Good sized rooms, Maintained and cleaned to a very high standard. We loved the quality of food and the range too. Staff were very friendly and professional. The Algarve coastline is beautiful. There are fabulous beaches directly behind the hotel. The beaches are accessed via wooden steps because cliffs line much of the Algarve coastline. This may be an issue for the physically challenged. Fabulous hotel, we will return.

I liked the grounds and the staff were very friendly and helpful. I found the buffet breakfast was a lot and found myself eating too much. I would have preferred alacart service throughout the meal times all the time. The hotel is on a cliff and to get to the beach you need to go aways, and if you’re not used to walking up and down hills and stairs you may have difficulty getting around. The time of year(February) also a factor as many restaurants and stores lin the area are on holidays for a month or 2 and don’t reopen until March. I took advantage of the indoor pool as it was heated and nice spa facilities. Live entertainment was nice at the bar. All and all we had a nice time.

The hotel is very spacious, clean and located very conveniently with easy access to a nice stretch of beaches, breathtaking views and other amenities. We went on walks along the cliffs almost every day because the view was super nice. It was 21-23C and no rain so that made the stay really enjoyable.The rooms & beds are huge, comfy and cleaned every day. The food was fine but repetitive each day so by 3rd day it got boring. Now the bad feedback- They don't serve Water as part of Dinner, not even a glass of water, you have to buy a small bottle of water for 3euros or alcohol.Water should be part of the meal. No smart TVs so we couldn't connect our FireTV or stream anything on it. The cableTV BBC and another ENG channel so no choice but to listen to the news any time you want to watch some TV. for a long holiday this sort of sucks.The staff could be more polite, reception staff had no smile but kinda gave hosile vibes.The wait staff would be demanding rather than politely tell/ask about something. We ordered the wine package via the app to enjoy in the sitting area near the pool but were told that we could only collect it from the room and have to bring it ourselves to the seat, so we had to return to the room and wait for it and bring the ice bucket, glasses, bottle etc.when we opened it, another wait staff demanded that we couldn't open it there and we told him to speak to each other because the receptionist said we could have it wherever we were annoyed by this TBF.

Great resort, friendly staff, food was great (we only had the breakfast on-site). A fabulous location with the cliff and the great beaches below. Just a couple of items that kept it from a 5 star experience. First - the jacuzzi - it is the same temp as the pool, which also was not heated - or at least not much. For a November visit, it was pretty much not usable. Second - while the area around it is great, access to the property is difficult, especially if you are going for dinner after a long day of walking. You have to walk almost 1/2 km from the nearest restaurant - not sure why a staircase was not installed. Lastly, and this is only a minor item, but almost all of the TV channels are German.

Hotel was extremely clean and the cleaning staff were always hard at work. Some of the staff were great, but we found majority of them struggled to smile or say hello. Their favourite word was “NO”, we weren’t told about the BBQ, which btw happened to be the last BBQ for the year and as we approached the staff they turned us away and told us it was fully booked… I mean there must of been 15-20 empty tables, but we accepted that it was fully booked and walked away. We booked a partial sea view room, but when we checked in and entered our room we felt that we were on top of a multi-storey car park and it genuinely felt like we were sat on top of the tarmac… not great and when we asked to have the room changed it was a “NO” and gave us delaying tactics “come and see us tomorrow, you might feel different in morning etc”… plus it would have been £10 extra per day to have the room changed…anyways safe to say that it worked and we remained in the room. In general ok hotel, but if you dislike something or have a complain there is absolutely no point raising it as it will be a “NO”…. No one goes over and beyond to make the stay memorable which is a shame as the location and the views are amazing.

We are happy to hear that you found our hotel to be very clean and that you recognise the efforts of our hard-working staff to keep all areas pristine. However, your opinion does leave us surprised. As plenty of reviews in different platforms can attest, our staff in general has always excelled in being friendly, welcoming, and helpful, paying attention to details and always trying to exceed our customers' expectations. We are also aware that sometimes an isolated case may occur, nonetheless, saying that most of our staff have “NO” as their favourite word is perhaps an exaggeration. Unless our customers' requests cannot be fulfilled, nevertheless, we always try to find a solution. Regarding the BBQ situation, it’s true that we couldn’t welcome you in this day, which unfortunately was the last BBQ of the season, but it’s also true that we couldn’t welcome other guests without reservation as well. We were fully booked for this day, and the tables you mentioned to be empty, or were booked already, or empty because they have been used and clean subsequently. If it was the case, we also couldn’t welcome you because we didn’t have enough food as we calculate all the preparations according with the number of bookings, to avoid any waste. You weren’t told that was the last BBQ of the season, but it was available on the BLUE APP daily program. If you don’t use the BLUE APP, it was also written on a flyer at the reception, at the restaurant and at the Pool Bar. You booked for a partial sea view, room number 2050, which is considered as a partial sea view. The policy for situation which a guest wants to change the room because of personal taste and not for any technical issue, is to charge 10 after the room have been used. If my colleagues told you to come back the next day, it was because we didn’t have any option available for the same day, we don’t see the point of using “delaying tactics”, at TUI BLUE Falésia we take pride in assisting our guests and providing fantastic moments, delaying will never fix any issue that might can exists.It’s with a big satisfaction we hear that our locations and the views impressed you.Kind regards,

This hotel would be nice for my parents or grandparents , but definitely not for me. Hotel it self look really nice . Pool area & spa was very luxury . But most of the guest in hotel age 55 , so atmosphere in hotel to quiet. You not even feel comfortable to talk when you stay by pool area , because those old people sleeping or reading the book and looked at you with unhappy faces when you start talking. Also in restaurant food selection very poor, I am really expecting more from that level of hotel. And in restaurants if you would like to seating outside , you have to waiting about 10-15 min by the door. We booked partially see view room but in the end we get terrace roof view. I glad we managed to change our room for side see view.

We regret that you didn't found the atmosphere to be so dynamic, probably for a future visit to Algarve, you should book a Club Hotel instead. We are sorry that you found our food offers to be limited, we do prepare our menus in detail, based on local recipes. However we will address your opinion to the F&B department and evaluate the possibility to extend our offers. To eat outside it's necessary to wait on the line for our colleagues bring you to your table. This is a good quality clean and comfortable hotel with excellent helpful staff in all areas. We asked for a quiet room with a sea view and were given both. It can get a little crowded with sun beds around the pool but there are plenty of areas to sit and the beaches are amazing. We enjoy walking so perfect for us but a lot of steps so the beach is not so accessible to the less able. For us a perfect stay.

The airconditioning does not work! The rooms blow hot humid air, and it is centrally controlled, which we were told was set to 15 degrees c - so likely the pipes between the unit and the rooms needs insulation. The staff were mostly nice except Beatrice that told expedia she was doing something and we waited and called her 30mins later to her saying she can send a guy to bang some stuff in the room and then told us it still didn't work... if you like the heat stay there....

Great food, amenities and and surrounding beaches are beautiful. Only negative was the pillows were horrible and there is no a/c in the rooms from 12am to 10am. Made for very hot sleeps even with the door open and fan on, which was their solution.

Enjoyed our time here overall. The staff were wonderful and the hotel was super clean. The quality of the food at the dinner buffet was poor, and the price for drinks at the bar if you aren't on an all inclusive package is outrageous.

While looking stunning in pictures from the outside, the property is just OK in person. Rooms are dated and don't offer 4-star amenities. Terrible limp pillows, rough sheets, and lack of proper toiletries made it feel like maybe a 3-star hotel. There are no lotions or conditioners offered. It appears they have the same stuff for both hand soap and shower gel/shampoo. They let people smoke on their balconies making it difficult to enjoy sitting outside or keeping porch doors open. There's no working AC and the room was getting really stuffy even in cooler weather (March) Not sure how that would work in hot summer months. The surrounding area is breathtaking but requires a lot of effort to get to (hundreds of steps and some rock climbing) Will be looking for a different resort in the area for our next vacation.

More room amenities like shower gels, lotions etc. or different pillows are available on request. The AC is currently in the winter month on warm air. We arrived late night. We were greeted and welcomed by Bernardo. We were given a welcome non-alcoholic drink which was very tasty. Check-in was easy. Bernardo explained the complimentary water bottles (2), teas, and coffee along with a water boiler. Bernardo explained a lot of things and asked if we had questions. We stayed in Room 2095 as we booked an ocean view room. The room was clean. Plenty of room to put our suitcases and belongings. Bathrobes and green towels are provided for pool usage. The sauna was complimentary. There's an indoor and outdoor pool. There's a spa and hair salon. The main restaurant is located in the main building along with the bar. Breakfast was good. Many options to include omelets, fried eggs, breakfast meats, breads, milk, sardines, mackerel, cheeses, deli meats, fresh fruits, yogurts and parfaits, and more. The vegan area consisted of porridge, cereal bar, vegan chorizo, soy milk, and a few smaller items (limited menu). Dinner options for vegans was extremely limited. Dinner cost us 53 Euros. Complimentary water is limited to the two bottles provided upon checking in. We spent five nights and our bedding was not changed during our stay. Pillows were very flimsy (did not use decorative pillows for sleeping). Overall, it was a good choice. Staff does a great job at keeping the place clean.

Beautiful location other than that not much else all that great about this place. Very dated but was kept fairly clean. If you like quantity over quality for a breakfast buffet than this breakfast is for you. Food was of very poor quality and not very appetizing at all. Coffee watered down. Lady at the front desk staff very rude and would completely ignore us at check-in, not even eye contact till finally another person came out to check us in. Also not a lot of options for dining on site unless you paid for full meal plan. Would recommend Portugal but not this hotel specifically. But then again, for price we paid I suppose okay. Overall hotel did not meet expectations based on reviews I read prior booking.

Beautiful views when you walked down to beach area or on top of cliff, however, limited views from the hotel property. Also the pool was very cold and outside jacuzzi also cold. Morning breakfast was excellent and staff wonderful.
