You get what you pay for. Hotel and 20 min walk into Alicante main shops 10 min walk to tram which is cheap and will take you into Alicante main shops or only an hour away from Benidorm I would say if don’t mind walking this hotel is ok

The hotel on the outside looks horrendous The initial room we booked felt like a cell. No view at all. Went to reception and upgraded to a room with a view of the sea and a balcony for an extra 15 euros per night. Something to be noted is there are only 3 floors available as the rest is privately owned, so you won’t get a good view. Inside of the hotel looks beautiful. Bed was comfortable. Room was not spotless and had a fair bit of damage. Broken chair, chipped glass top table, chipped mirror etc. No kettle in the room but reception provided one when asked. We did not eat at the hotel as it did not look good, instead we came out of the rear of the hotel and turned left. Just a couple of minutes away was La Familia Albufereta. Absolutely beautiful food, very welcoming. We had lunches and dinners here every day. Hope this helps 👍

Great hotel
Lovely hotel. Looks a little outdated from the outside but the hotel is in a decent location and is clean and comfortable. The pool is amazing and you're view of the sea is an extra added bonus. Just a few minutes walk to the tram and the beach and everything is in easy reach. A few lovely little restaurants close by too.

There were what seemed to be ants or mite dust in the room. I had to work from there and while I was sitting at the desk these small bugs were crawling on my laptop, it was disappointing and disgusting, didn’t make me feel safe.

Worst Hotel. Not even a 1 star
Hotel was absolutely horrendous. Rooms were basic, no amenities; kettle, fridge, toiletries. 2 towels for 2 people. Decor needs a major update. Location is poor and dangerous on a main road without pavement. Staff don’t speak any English which left us struggling for simple items like ‘bowls’ at breakfast. Breakfast was a rat race for the worst food I’ve ever eaten. Not enough table, no mugs one morning, waiting over 15 minutes another morning for a bowl. Tried dinner one evening and the ingredients on my main meal were clearly hard bread and plastic cheese leftover from breakfast. One coffee machine for the entire hotel. Pool is a 15 minute walk away, no privacy from the overlooking flats and main road meaning you’re leared at by passing cars every minute. No bar and signs to say no food or drink allowed at the pool. No music at the pool, just a 2 meter deep hole in the ground and a pervy lifeguard. Only plus side was the beach and beach bar 10 minute walk away. Don’t spend any time at the hotel, definitely don’t book it.

the property is ok, although I had to change rooms due to noise from the garages outside. the hotel is part of a larger residential building on the lower ground floors, so the sea views are limited. the surrounding area is very dirty and neglected -so much so that there is a local community campaign to get help from local authorities. on the plus side, I managed to get a fridge for the room which was much needed, and the swimming pool is incredible.

Hotel is very well kept clean, if you pay for the Superior Room it has an awesome Balcony with a view of the beach! The Restaurant food is not good to my standards!

Ok stay
Hotel is clean and well presented but a little dated , rooms functional , I booked a superior room with terrace sea view , my room 120 was just above garages and when they were used noisy , this happened to me at 11 pm ! Sea view was ok terrace was a good size , my main issue was other guests coming and going at 12:30 ,1:30 and 2:45 very noisy then at 5 am someone shouting for Dean !! Would I stay there again possibly as reasonable price , but probably look elsewhere for a bit more !!

Perfect
A fantastic hotel, very clean and comfortable. Our room was perfect, it was modern inside and the beds were so comfy. The hotel’s location was great with trams and buses to take you into town. I’m very pleased we booked this hotel, couldn’t fault anything, only that we didn’t have a kettle in the room as I love my cuppas. We had a lovely sea view and a private balcony, which was amazing.

You get what you pay for but in this instance we were pleasantly surprised. Yes, the outside of the building looked scary and confusing on arrival but the inside is great. Clean, fresh, pleasant staff, free parking and great views. Was a perfect stop for couple nights before the flight home.

I visited this hotel with my partner for 4 days , really excited when booking it only to get there with a big disappointment , I paid for something I never got ie a superior room with one double bed and a single bed with sea view and I end up having three single Beds Which felt like I was in prison with cell mates very hard and uncomfortable, I mention it to one of the staff and he ask me to transfer my stuff by myself with no assistance to another room that I initially paid for , and also ask me to transfer the fridge by myself which I asked for with no assistant to my room , I turn the fridge on left it for about an hour and found out that the fridge was leaking and wasn’t cooling. In the morning when I was washing my face in the sink i found out it’s was leaking as well and the whole bathroom was wet which I nearly had an accident . The room was going very very cold even on 30degree at night which I found wired as well. Breakfast was not nice , hot drink from the machine was disgusting ,in the evening I decide to have dinner in the restaurant which look presentable ,warm outside but really cold in side as if it’s was not fresh or in the freezer for a month which just made me lost my appetite and went to my room ,the only thing that was okay was the view because it’s was close to a beach . I well actually rate this hotel one and the half star . I will never book here again a waste of money

My "sea view" was a row of garages that you could barely see over, breakfast was terrible. Not a lot of choice for Dinner. Air con barely touched the sauna like temperature of the room. Room was clean. Checked out after 1 night and found a better hotel at a similar cost. Photos are a bit miss leading in regards to view.

Liked: Staff & service, amenities, property conditions & facilities
Really enjoyed our stay overall. Hotel nice location to beaches and tram relatively close by. Staff were excellent and great wifi. Bad point sound proofing is awful so dont expect much sleep before midnight as the rooms are located beneath the restaurant.
