It is an hour's walk from Torrevieja. We knew this and love a walk but check you're happy with that before booking. There's a bus though, which is regular even if Google maps says it doesn't exist. Lots of nice coastal walks too. We did a good ten miles (according to Fitbit) one day, which was awesome. If you go into Torrevieja, I recommend the road train trip to the salt mines, it's only an hour but interesting to see. Overall for price paid it was fantastic. Typical solid, dated Spanish three star. Very clean.

Nice Hotel With Good Sea Views.
A nice hotel, the room big with a separate room with a sofa bed very good for a standard room, it had a very good sea view and the bed was very comfortable. It had a fridge and a big TV with 5 UK channels, but there was no tea or coffee making facilities and was was told the tap water was not safe, your option to get water from the vending machines by reception, the large bottle machine was not working so the only option was to buy a 500ml bottle for an exorbitant 1.50 Euros. Breakfast was very good and if you wished to have an evening meal you could buy a ticket at reception for 16 Euros, it was a very good option, but you had to pay for drinks separately even the water at 1.50 Euros for 500ml. This is hotel I would go to again, no major issues, just the water issue is an irritating as most hotels give you a complimentary water in your room and getting to the 6th floor after a long journey at one o'clock in the morning to find that there is no water there is a big issue!

We had a lovely stay . We’d read some awful reviews before we arrived and were a little concerned but we had no problems whatsoever . The staff at the hotel were lovely , limited English but hey we were in Spain ! Food was ok sometimes not very warm . Rooms clean and comfortable We were on the 9th floor which was a little scary and would not want to be that high with children . But overall we had a lovely stay x

This was our third stay; our first since the pandemic. Everything we had loved from the other times was still in place. Friendly, helpful, efficient staff in all areas of activity. Convenient location in walking distance of l La Mata beach, some cracking restaurants and supermarkets. Great facilities. Varied menu of good quality food (we were half board). We had a lovely family room with acres of space. Everything was spotlessly clean. Last but not least, the free parking lot is still in place adjacent to the hotel.

A large welcoming hotel. A stop off to visit family in the area suited us well and very good value. Excellent facilities and cleanliness. Quite busy at meal times but good buffet style breakfasts and dinners. Can’t fault at the price.

Ok, breakfast is great. Wifi was a nightmare, for 4 days i spent in the hotel, i couldn't connect my laptop to the hotel wifi. Complicated method of connecting to wifi requiring passport number. Had to submit a work i did late due to wifi issued, please avoid if you require internet for your hotel stay.

Absolutely wonderful
Everything is just perfect here: huge rooms with balconies, park and sea views, plentiful delicious food, large free car park right next to the hotel. I was especially amazed about my room, as I had booked the cheapest single - and what I got was a suite with 2 rooms and a bathroom between them, 2 TVs, a fridge and a large balcony with additional table and chairs. All new, freshly renovated, sparkling clean and beautiful. Highly recommended!

Positives - very clean, some great staff, all inclusive was excellent value for money. Negatives - remote from other bars or restaurants, nightly entertainment was all in Spanish (eg quiz night) despite international clientele, no toilet near bar area, food was tasty but didn’t seem to be kept warm and one very grumpy bar man who switched the World Cup final off before the trophy was given despite people watching it! No need. The other bar staff were excellent however.

Stayed for 4 nights bed and breakfast in November was still busy for time of year. Rooms basic but very clean and great view over the pool and sea. Breakfast was good with plenty of variety. Entertainment in bar at night. Bus stop right outside the hotel goes 2 routes Torrevieja centre and La Mata ask driver where they are going because they both say La Mata only 1.55€ well worth it but can get busy and only takes cash. You must also wear a face covering!! The Torrevieja centre bus stops close to the bus station where you can go to multiple places. I would recommend this hotel for value for money.

Hotel refused to give us the room type we paid for
Checking in was a problem because they refused to let us have the type of room booked and paid fpr. They claimed the room we booked (Double bed and single and sofa) was a family room and not available for a couple. We were shown the room and because there was nothing else available accepted it. Not happy at all.

Very clean and friendly hotel. The facilities were good to. The pool, gym etc plus is a bike friendly place with a safe storage room for any roadies. Only negative side was the food, same each night but it was ok.

We were very impressed with the comfortable large room and balcony, great view of the sea. We opted for bed and breakfast food was good and we also have dinner there a couple of evenings. Pool a good size with plenty of sun beds, tables and chairs. One small criticism I would prefer a portable hairdryer to the unit fixed to the bathroom wall.

Comfy lounge and beds, good shower, lovely view from balcony, all rooms have view out to sea and pool, large pool. Breakfast very good and good selection, staff were very helpful and kind. Would have loved a tea making facility in room, kettle and cups even, would be much appreciated, but enjoyed our stay, very pleased that the bust stop was right outside, as this time we didn't hire a car, many thanks.

The hotel was excellent value for money. Bed was comfortable, hotel room very clean staff friendly and very helpful especially with the, (then new) Covid restrictions. Food in the restaurant was adequate not brilliant but good for the price. Bad points were the location, not too much around and the bad internet connection, it kept going up and down then would not connect at all.

Very good value for money! The room was spacious with a good size balcony. Amazing sea view and the room was spotlessly clean. Breakfast was good with a range of hot and cold food. Only downside was that some noise could be heard from adjacent rooms but this is perhaps to be expected from a building of this age. Would definitely stay there again.

Beautiful stay, beautiful room and the breakfast was amazing! I could not find a fault with this hotel it was great! It is right at the end of torrevieja closer to la mata but the bus is only €1.50 but to torrevieja bus station!

Great 3star hotel clean' friendly and obliging staff. Great Pool area . Entertainment provided in the spacious indoor bar area. Spacious bedroom with seating area . Bus stop outside hotel for Torreviejia €1.50 every 15 mins 8 minutes on bus . All rooms have a seaview Lots of good places to eat and drink in walking distance nice beaches outside hotel.
