Lovely family resort
Good resort with plenty of activities for young children. Pool areas were really good with 3 separate areas including kids splash park and bigger slides. Good experience but could be enhanced by more venues being open for breakfast, which was a tad chaotic.

All right place
Clean room not much decoration, comfortable bed, staff and service was helpful and happy, nice environment but there was a very damp, sticky scent in the facility. Pool area was nice but we could not use it because it didn't have enough chairs for the occupancy... And this is unfortunate for a resort hotel. Food (breakfast) was all right.

The property was great but there’s nothing to do in that area so it’s pool and beach only. Pool is great for a family with young kids as it is very loud.

Went with my husband for 2 nights to give the hotel a test run, as we have booked a family holiday for the summer. We were not disappointed. Hotel staff are extremely friendly, food was lovely and pool area fantastic; a kid's paradise actually. Looking forward to taking our family in August

Average stay
Have to queue up for restaurant for 25 minutes every time for meals. Not enough tables for number of rooms at the hotel. Also. You have to pay for your drinks before you sit down which makes the queue longer and the waiters never open the bottle for you. Drinks are not included. Food was ok, not much variety. Our balcony door was broken and as we were on the ground floor we couldn’t leave the room for hours until someone was sent over. Did have to call reception a few times. No gym and the kids club was in the basement with no air conditioning. Small room, very busy. In the lounge, air freshener is continuously pumped. There is a swing inside which is never vacant and kids screaming around it. Rooms are very clean on the whole.

A nice hotel, very near the beach. Excellent.
The hotel is great. It's very close to the beach, which is pebble by the way and not sand so Sand Castles are not possible. Everywhere is very clean and there was not a single issue with that. The pools were great if slightly cold this time of year. The kids pool was warm enough and they had started building a water slide when we were leaving, so that should be ready soon. The nightlife was okay. It seemed mainly tuned for the older generations but it was ok. The room was great. Two massive beds for 3 of us and a huge balcony with private sun loungers. It was over the social room though so at night we got all the very loud music and smells of smoking. But, it was ok. Acceptable certainly. The only thing that bugged me was for the evening meal, as we were half board, we had to pay for all drinks including water. This seemed a little extreme and it annoyed me. Otherwise, the food was excellent and the variety was also excellent. I'd go all-inclusive if i was to go again so i wouldn't get treated like a 2nd class citizen. Overall, a great hotel and is recommended.

Lovely location! Great pool, too.
This was a very nice place to stay. Spent the whole time at the pool, on the beach, or walking on the paseo along the beach. The view from the room was gorgous and the pool was huge. It was a little tricky getting there on the public bus from Almeria, but once I got there I enjoyed it very much.

J’ai lu quelques commentaires négatifs et bien franchement ils ne sont pas du tout justifiés. L’hôtel est parfait les piscines sont magnifiques, surtout celle devant le restaurant. Nous avons séjourné avec nos 2 enfants et avons eu la chance d’avoir une chambre au calme collée à la piscine derrière le bâtiment principal Dès notre arrivée ils ont sauté dedans pendant que je rangeais les affaire tout en les surveillant. Peut on faire mieux comme 1 ère impression ? Le buffet est immense, tout le personnel est a l’écoute. Une belle ballade à faire le long de la plage qui est collée a l’hôtel. En résumé bravo pour cet hôtel et merci pour ces vacances parfaites.

Poolerna och aktiviteterna var bra. Receptionen tyvärr inte serviceminded och hade ett ointresserat bemötande. Rummet slitet men ok. Restaurangen stökig, men middagen ok med stor godishörna för barnen och fina bakverk. Stundtals långa köer till poolbarerna.

Comida mejorable
Fuimos con un niño, falta animación infantil, dormimos los 3 en los camas de matrimonio juntas que no fue nada cómodo. La comida regular, las ensaladas eran viejas dando muy mamá imagen del entorno ya que el hotel está situado en la huerta de Europa. La atención por parte del personal muy buena, pero no repetiré principalmente por la comida.

Excelente para familias con niños, hay piscina con toboganes para los más peques y otra piscina para los mayores con toboganes también y aparte 2 piscinas para adultos con camas balinesas, a pie de playa, área tranquila alrededor del hotel está el paseo marítimo y la playa muy limpia. La comida variada y buena calidad, las habitaciones modernas y limpias, volveremos.

Fue pesimo, instalaciones en obras, que no avisaron. Colas interminables para comer y cenar. Acinados en la piscina, y no había sombrillas ni hamacas para toodos. La gente bajaba a las 7 de la mañana o ants a dejar toallas para reservar hamaca. A las 8 estaba ya todo ocupado y el hotel no hacia nada. El bufete normal. Y la habitacion buena. Aparcamientos escasos. La piscina la mitad en obras. La otra mitad fatal. Se salvaba los tobogabes. No repito.

Las cosas buenas: Habitación grande y camas cómodas Piscinas grandes y toboganes. Situación aceptable Las cosas malas: Falta de personal Hamacas reservadas a primera hora. Colas en el comedor para casi todo Medidas de seguridad contra el Covid regulares( faltaba gel, en el comedor cubiertos, vasos , etc.. se podían coger a destajo y yo podía tocar todos, mascarillas de algunos irresponsables que parecen que viven en un mundo paralelo...y teniendo que llamarles yo la atención y con su respectivo careo)

La recepción tenía un olor a yeso recién puesto. Supongo que al ser temporada baja habrán hecho alguna obra. Por la misma razón (temporada baja), casi todo estaba cerrado y solo pudimos cenar en el bufet. Aunque llegamos casi a las 22:00 horas la recepcionista nos facilitó que pudiéramos cenar. Todo un detalle.

Me gustó la amplitud de la habitación, todo nuevo, colchones muy cómodos. Es un hotel muy bonito con una gran cantidad de piscinas diferentes y toboganes para niños. El buffet también es bastante amplio y la comida no está mal en general. No me gustó: te dan un papel al llegar de que no se pueden reservar las hamacas y los dos primeros días que no lo hicimos nos tuvimos que ir a la playa y dejar los niños con otro matrimonio porque no había ni una libre porque estaban todas reservadas desde las 8 de la mañana. No había control sobre eso y la gente deja las toallas en las hamacas de los niños aunque estos no la ocupen más que diez minutos en el día. Al final como no hagas como el resto no puedes estar en el hotel. La animación también dejaba mucho que desear. Un escenario minúsculo con muy pocas mesas y sillas para sentarse, no pudimos sentarnos ninguna noche. Tampoco eran actuaciones buenas. Te ofrecen una habitación de cortesía media hora antes de irte del hotel si sales más tarde de las 12 para asearte. La pedimos la última media hora...nos dieron una habitación sucia con las toallas del anterior tiradas por el suelo y el baño asqueroso y lleno de agua. Llamamos a recepción y tardaron media hora en venir y solo nos trajeron unas toallas limpias. Protestamos y todavía tardaron un cuarto de hora en venir para limpiar la habitación con lo que se nos echó el tiempo encima y perdimos una hora en aquella habitación sin poder hacer nada.

Es un cuatro estrellas a estrenar, si bien podria mejorar en algunos detalles: cuando se hacen las habitaciones, digo hacen porque no limpian mucho, solo estiran las sabanas y reponen toallas(ni se repone ameneties,ni se colocan cojines). Los cocktails no se hacen por igual en todos los bares. Lo peor para niños y mayores es que algunos de los tipos de azulejos de la zona de piscina resbalan mucho. Mis hijos se caieron varias veces(son de goma)y personas mayores también. Y lo peor peor es que los bordes de la piscina más grande al ser de azulejos pequeños y mal puestos, estaban rotos y varios niños se cortaron. Lo siento porque realmente hay buena voluntad y mucho trabajo de todo el personal....pero necesitan mas empleados y sobretodo de mantenimiento

La animación del hotel Muy floja, la comida del hotel, se acababa y tardaban en reponerla, aunque nunca falto. La animación nocturna mala para los niños, eran representaciones de teatro bailadas y cantadas. Aburridas. Lo bueno, las piscinas muchas, grandes y para todos los públicos.. A los niños les fascinó, la playa justo abriendo la puerta de la valla del hotel... A 10 metros jijiji, tranquila, sin apenas gente y limpia.

El hotel resultó ser lo que esperábamos, unas instalaciones magníficas, un servicio muy bueno y una comida muy buena aunque mejorable en cuanto a la variedad de fruta, debido a la estación de verano en la que nos encontramos.

En general ha sido magnífica nuestra estancia la pena el mal tiempo que no nos permitió poder disfrutar del sus maravillosas piscinas. Hay piscina cubierta, pero solo como apunte, deberían de mejorar un poco las instalaciones porque estaban inundadas de la lluvia, porque entraba agua. Pero por lo demás, todo el personal super agradable y atento, la comida de 10, habitación super limpia...

Senior tours!!!
Es poco agradable viajar con niños tiempos de vacaciones de colegio a un hotel que se dedica unicente a los grupos "senior" la discoteca y música fue horrible. No recomiendo viajar en estas fechas!!

Calidad precio muy bien
El hotel sorprende, los tobanes increíbles, la atención y la limpieza correcta, así como la comida. Olvidarse de la playa, de gravilla.
