"The staff was great. The room was clean and beautiful . Not your ordinary hotel which made our stay that much more special. The English breakfast was wonderful and yummy. The restaurant at Kimpton - the Refuge food was delicious. The Kimoton is close to all your needs whether it’s for food convenient stores or buses and trams. Highly recommended."

"Charged twice for stay not happy at all about this this is the 4th time ive stayed at your hotel & twice there has been a problem with payments this shouldn't happened and having to wait for payment to go back in not happy at all about this ."

"Stayed for one night and after reading some reviews I was panicking however I did not need too! The staff were lovely and helpful . The room was clean and comfy . Yes the furniture is dated however for the price it was more than worth it ! The only thing I could say is the heating was on full so it was boiling in the room ! I just put the fan on . Overall a cheap good night in Manchester 😊"
