We liked the property but there was nothing unique about the hotel they need to give you better transport information as took us until the following day to realise where the tram and train was. Maybe on the booking info would be handy

Really nice hotel, a little far out from the centre but doesn’t take long on the metro. Easy access to the metro and the tram!

The decor of the hotel is nice and the Mondi restaurant is vibrant. I will say that we weren't happy that our room wasn't ready an hour after the allocated check-in time of 2.00pm - the hotel did provide us with free drink vouchers as way to make up for this. For the money we paid for our room, the cleanliness was average as there was still the previous guest's hair in the bathtub, the rug in the bedroom wasn't vacuumed and we still didn't get assistance with sorting out the TV, after asking everyday throughout our stay. The staff just didnt seem bothered to help.
In terms of transportation, the metro is only a three minute walk from the hotel. Location wise, the hotel is a ten minute walk from local supermarkets and takeaway places.

I arrived late and the restaurant was closed unfortunately. However, the 24 kiosk was well stocked which was great.
The staff on check in were excellent.
The room was clean and comfortable, however, when I removed the bedsheet in the morning, the undersheet, could have done with a freshen up.

Truly excellent. Things to keep in mind: it is rather far from the centre + it gets really dry in the room, like you are parched in the morning.

everything was perfect, only things is i like go outside for some fresh air but there were no benches around the hotel because of my health issues i cant stand up for more than few minutes and unfortunately i passed out few times while standing. maybe in the future you can think of some nice area outside the hotel where is possible to sit because in definitely coming back, i really enjoyed the stay.

The restaurant Mondi has a menu I would dine in for, even if I wasn't a guest at the hotel. The staff across restaurant, front desk, housekeeping were helpful and attentive.

Nice hotel and handy for the office and trains to town. I enjoyed the bar - food wasn't that great to be honest. Room nice and comfy, pillows huge and the shower door didn't keep the water in so the bathroom flooded each time I showered - even with a towel in front of the door it still came out. Nespresso machine and fridge always welcome. Would use again

Stayed in the junior suite, there was a noticeable whole in front of the closet which you stepped into every time, which caused a twist on my ankle.
Checked in as an individual guest on October 10th at 8:30pm and was charged taxes for 2 persons, even though i explained that i might be the only person staying in the room (339). The manager came out and addressed my concern with a very poor, don't care attitude , saying noting can be done about that.
The overall authentic genuine welcoming reception was missing among the front desk. This is a clear reflection of the leadership or training program.
Hospitality is more! atless showing the interest to meet guests' needs in the simplistic ways goes a long way.

Enjoyed our stay, was nice to be away from the main city, trams were very easy to catch and we got our ticket from the hotel reception- they were always very helpful. Restaurant in hotel has amazing food and we thought it was worth the pricing. To use the sauna and pool was an extra 19€ ea. which we didn’t know until we wanted to use it, we stayed for 3days and only used it once as there was a ladies only spa day so my partner couldn’t go in. Rooms are a good size, the tv was great lots of Channel options and we could cast netflix from our phones. Overall we were really happy with the hotel and price we thought was worth it.

Great location, room is very modern and clean, great service from staff, also a 24/7 convenient store with pay t yourself, great coffee from Starbucks for self service in machine, and a nice restaurant. Very recommended, will return for sure.

Close to the airport 10 mins but a little further to down town Amsterdam 20 mins by tram. Excellent hotel friendly staff a good restaurant.

Quiet location with great transport. Didn't get much of a chance to use the spa facilities (hammam wasn't working) but the massage was excellent. Would recommend that for sure.
