Easy to get t from the airport. Great breakfast except for coffee. No option to get a black coffee. All ore mixed in machine according to kitchen staff.

Very American .. free parking. The train to the airport and and to the city center is kind of expensive .. no shuttle .. standard Hampton Inn breakfast.

Hotel stood surrounded by a moat, very unique. Hotel was clean, modern, quiet, room lovely, bed comfortable, buffet breakfast well stocked with good variety of tasty fresh food, staff helpful. Location good near train station, also only twenty minutes walk to centre of Hoofddorp with plenty of dining options.

This is an airport area hotel, but they have NOT had an airport shuttle for 3 years. We’ve stayed here several times pre-COVID and it’s a great facility and staff, and near train station. Airport shuttle should be part of their offering.

Very nice environment and plenty seating and lots of choice for dining. Rooms well kept. Breakfast is good. Would definitely recommend and will book again if needed.

Spacious and very warm room, not able to have under 19degrees , but were very clean . Staff were excellent, great breakfast. Transport from the train station or buses is a ten minute walk away, not very well signposted, but easy enough. A good place to stay if you don't mind travelling into Amsterdam, one stop on the train from Schiphol Airport.

My stay was not one that I would do over, missed my flight due to weather. I book for the night only to be told when I get there that I will be unable to get a key, if I leave my room they would have to let me hack in my room. The Hotel restaurant was not in service, and they provided no airport shuttle. I felt like a prisoner in the room.

We expected a better quality room from Hilton by Hampton considering the price and the location of the property is not in central Amsterdam. So we were left a little disappointed especially when we compared to our stay in Edinburgh in a similar location near the airport

Thought it had better transportation links to AMS, but there was a sign suggesting to check to see if the train was running before you left for AMA. No longer has a shuttle. Made it fine to AMS, but i will stay elsewhere next time

We have stayed here before, it’s a handy hotel when you need a hotel near to Amsterdam centre with parking suitable for a van. Our rooms were smaller that the previous time we stayed but clean (apart from the hair I found in the bed :( !) The check in staff were not very welcoming but the check out staff were very friendly. Breakfast was wonderful!

We stayed here to catch an early morning flight. It was very close to the bus stop. The room was clean and comfortable. However, we arrived at the hotel at night and there were no stores around. The hotel restaurant did not have much on the menu, which was disappointing because there was nothing we wanted to eat.

We could not get the room we booked. We had to stay in different rooms and change rooms every day. The receptionist said we could get a refund after that because of their fault. And I emailed them but they said we could not give you a refund. I am upset about this correspondence. Can you solve this problem instead of us to contact this hotel?

I would like to state that davina behind reception on arrival was so very helpfull. She absolutely went above and beyond to help us. What a credit to the hotel. If all the staff were like her they would be a brilliant team. Other staff afraid to say were not quite as helpfull. Davina please appraise her. Thank you.

Room was not as clean as expected when check in. Although was nice to have checked in at 10am since flight arrived early. Housekeeping was a little weak. Toilet could have been cleaned better with some soap scums on tiles. Overall still good since by last stay 4yrs ago

It was ok.
The bed was uncomfortable. Our room’s window was above/facing the front door, so it was loud. The breakfast doesn’t begin until 6am. But as our flight was international, we had to be there at 6:00. So we grabbed some coffee, but it would have been nice to eat before we went to the airport, where we had to buy McDonald’s.

Bathroom floor was dirty - check in was terribly slow and full of mistakes ….front desk personnel was enjoying a glass of white wine (!) - on our floor was a clear odor of softdrugs but that was denied by the front desk personnel ..we smelled it again later during our stay. Smoking guests are right outside of front door - very annoying - when you walk outside you walk right into the smoke …iron was dirty and stained a shirt …

Great stay near to the train station!
We have a great time, hotel near to the train station and the airport. Amsterdam is an easy city to get around but make sure buy your transportation card in advance. The breakfast was good, overall nice hotel👍

It was close to a train station but quite far from any place to eat. The onsite breakfast was good, but what was called a restaurant opening at 5 pm in the same space was really just a place that microwaved a few frozen items. Room service was so late in the day, we had to ask several times if the room was going to be cleaned.

End of holiday
Ended our European tour in Amsterdam. With an early flight we based ourselves close to the airport. Just a 4 minute train ride. The Centre was 30 mins. Great location and hotel.
