Free airport shuttle service, clean, well-maintained, friendly front desk people, good breakfast. Wish the same free shuttle service back to airport is provided. No room bottled water.

I did not get the room I booked via Expedia. I got a twin room when I paid for a king bed room. There was no usb ports anywhere to charge my devices and I would have to purchase an adapter to be able to do so. Also I am both a UVC and Hyatt loyalty member and the only perks I got was a free shuttle ride to / from the airport and a drink vocher. But the hotel was clean although bare bones amenities and the staff was great and helpful when they could be.

Very nice room, lobby, and amenities. Clean and organized. Staff is very helpful and friendly. Hotel is very close to a train station, bus stops, so you can get around easily. Only concern is the construction around so it seems like it’s hard to walk from the hotel

We stayed Hyatt Place Amsterdam Airport for 2 nights. We arrived late and had not eaten dinner - although restaurant was closing for the day the staff prepared a light meal for us. Really appreciated their flexibility &!food was delicious. Breakfast was included with the stay, and it was excellent - with a large selection of choices to accommodate all dietary requirements. Negative - website indicates that there is free shuttle transportation available from airport. While this is the case for travel to the hotel, the website neglects to indicate that a return trip from hotel to airport is not free, but incurs a charge of 7.50 Euros per person, and the distance between the airport & hotel is too far to walk and public transportation is limited (and too far from the hotel). Website should be more transparent

This is a great hotel at a very convenient location close to the airport. The beds and pillows are incredibly comfortable, the staff is very friendly and the parking is easy and convenient. All around a great stay if you need to stay close to the airport.

I like the room and comfort. I didn’t like the water pressure, and the staff at the restaurant. They don’t approach the table to ask if you want something more to drink, they forgot one item we ordered and didn’t follow up. Lacking training if I may say. Other than that the hotel was comfortable for the 2 Nights I stayed.

I stay at the Hyatt Place frequently. However, recent and newly hired receptions seem unfriendly and not appropriately trained. The previous ones were understanding and accommodating, but this is not the case anymore. This can be due to changing management or any other reasons that I am not aware of, but the place has changed drastically. I made a reservation for a one-night stay a long time ago but have decided not to stay in Hyatt Place anymore after this time. Wishing you well, K

Not so convenient option
We stayed at the hotel for 2 nights. I selected the hotel because it had airport shuttle, but a day before my arrival I received an email with details, stating that the shuttle starts operating at 6:30am, I needed to be at the airport at 5:00am for 7:00am international flight. It also was free from the airport, but costs 5 euro per person going to the airport. We were planning to go to Amsterdam for dinner, but the cost for 3 people for the shuttle and the train made us stay in the hotel, where we were told was a restaurant. The menu was limited to pizza and burger and a vegetarian option of beets risotto, which turned out to be the best option of all. For the size of the hotel and the fact that was away from other dining options, the restaurant was a joke. The next morning we scheduled a taxi for our departure day to the airport. When we tried to confirm it later it turned out that it was not set up, we were in danger of missing our flight. The room was spacious and clean, but it had nasty odor of rotten cabbage that faded by the second day.

Woken by fire alarm at 4am in the morning... arrived into room, table dirty and not cleaned. And before this place used to offer free breakfast. Now they have changed it all. Its 15 euros per person.

Bad Experience Schiphol Hyatt Palace
I dont often give bad reviews but this needs said. Check in was fine, very polite and quick. Room was clean and spacious. Hotel is easy to get to Airport. We booked a table in restaurant for 3 and were given a seat. This is where it started to go wrong. The restaurant is very open to the reception area and it was very cold as the front door is constantly revolving. We ordered the food and a exclusive bottle of wine from the menu €58.00. They brought the wine, sat it on the table and followed with three glasses and left us to open and pour wine. The starters arrived and within minutes they then brought the main course so we had starters and main course on the table at the same time. O ordered a spicy pizza, no spice and basically it was a flat bread some chicken some cheese four big dollops of sauce and lettuce on top. Never seen a pizza like this before and the taste was terrible. I then ordered a whisky at the bar, Jameson and the bar tender did not know what this is. Wont book this hotel again

We stayed for 8 nights. The hotel is excellent for the facilities at the price. In fact, it was the best option with breakfast included. The breakfast was really important as we had a kid and there was nothing around within walking distance. The property is not close the Schiphol Airport. The shuttle was really helpful. It can get tight if there are more passengers, as it is on a first-come basis. I have seen at least twice when someone has to take the next shuttle. Onsite laundry machines would have helped families that are traveling with kids.
