Dear Raymond, It has come to my attention that the service you received during your recent stay did not meet your expectations. We are a Eco-Friendly hotel, for this the paper cups are available for use with the coffee machine 24/7, but during breakfast time we also provide glass cups for the guests. The restaurant open for dinner from 6 pm until 10 pm, unfortunately we don't serve lunch. Once again, thank you for your feedback and we hope to serve you again whenever your travels bring you back to Amsterdam.
