Großes Haus mit gutem Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis

Das Ferienhaus bietet viel Platz uns ist auch für kleine Kinder geeignet. Grundsätzlich ist alles da was man braucht. Nur manche Gegenstände sind etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Trotzdem ein tolles Haus mit guter Lage!

Maison Blanche à andernos

La maison est de belle apparence avec jolie deco , il manque cependant des bains de soleil pour pouvoir profiter pleinement du petit jardin à l arrière de la maison .un gros point négatif lors du séjour , le relationnel avec la proprietaire …qui ne nous a pas réservé un très bon accueil lors de notre arrivée . Attention la prestation ménage n est pas à la hauteur du prix facture !

Jederzeit gerne wieder

Gut eingerichtetes, stilvolles Haus. Hat alles, was man braucht, ruhige Lage, Erholung pur. 10 Min zu Fuß zum Strand, Bäcker und kleineren Geschäften. 20 Min zu Fuß ins Zentrum von Andernos. Caroline war eine ausgesprochen hilfsbereite und nette Gastgeberin. Jederzeit gerne wieder.

Belle maison, très agréable à vivre pour 2 familles. Très bon accueil. A 5 minutes en vélo de la plage et du centre d’Andernos. Bien équipée en cuisine. Quelques petites retouches à réparer car fin de saison mais annoncées à l’arrivée. Je recommande cette location.

Maison très agréable

Quartier calme et a proximité du centre (20mn à pied), de la plage du Betey (15mn), accès facile aux pistes cyclables... Belle pièce à vivre spacieuse, cuisine bien équipée et belle terrasse en bois avec grande table et coin salon. A l'étage les 3 chambres sont bien aménagées. 1 des 2 salles de bain est un peu petite. Des pb minimes de plomberie n'ont absolument pas gâché notre sejour et notre conseil d'amélioration : une rampe dans l'escalier. Communication facile et agréable avec la propriétaire. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir.

Entspannter Urlaub

Das Haus ist groß und geräumig und befindet sich in einer ruhigen (Wohn) Gegend. Die Ausstattung ist gut (Bäder, Küche, Garten mit Grill,...), es ist alles da was man braucht. Die Lage ist auch sehr gut. In fußläufiger Reichweite befindet sich eine sehr gute Bäckerei und die Uferpromenade des Bassins. Auch ins Zentrum von Andernos kann man laufen, dort befinden sich u.a. die täglich geöffnete Markthalle, Freitags der offene Markt und weitere Geschäfte, Restaurants. Zum Atlantik-Strand sind es 16km mit dem Auto (knappe halbe Stunde) wo man in der Regel aufgrund der Fluktuation auch gut einen Parkplatz findet. Da Andernos relativ zentral liegt, sind auch die Ausflüge zur Düne (du Pilat), ins Medoc oder nach Bordeaux bequem zu bewerkstelligen, mehr als eine Stunde ist man mit dem Auto kaum unterwegs. Caroline ist eine sehr nette und hilfsbereite Gastgeberin. Wir hatten einen entspannten Urlaub und kommen gerne wieder.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour. La maison est idéalement située, très chaleureuse, bien décorée, très fonctionnelle. Mme Boissavy est une hôte très accueillante et disponible, c'est avec grand plaisir que nous reviendrons nous détendre dans ce paisible cocon.

Très bon accueil par la propriétaire, magnifique maison où il fait bon vivre !

Super séjour dans la magnifique maison de Caroline ! Très bien décorée et fonctionnelle, on s y sent comme chez soi ! Caroline est réactive et à l écoute. La piste cyclable est à 3 mn de la maison et en quelques minutes on est en centre ville. On reviendra !

Vacances appréciés par toute la famille (y compris nos deux ado !)

Salon spacieux, cuisine très bien équipée et terrasse sans vis-à-vis avec mobilier de jardin. Tout est parfait pour se retrouver en famille après une journée d activités. Bassin d Arcachon génial pour les cyclistes amateurs ( comme nous) ou chevronnés. Encore beaucoup de sites à visiter, nous reviendrons. Merci à la propriétaire très accueillante.

Lovely well equipped property less than 5 minutes cycle from the beach and centre of Andernos and shops. Had a wonderful stay, Caroline made us feel welcome and answered any questions we had and made it feel a home from home.

Ein sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtetes Haus. Sehr schöne Terrasse, mit morgens und abends Sonne. Tolle Lage. Wir (5) haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Mit dem Fahrrad kurze Wege zum Supermarkt, dem Strand am Becken von Archachon, oder zur Promenade mit vielen Restaurants und Shops. Der etwas weiter entfernte Strand am Atlantik (25Min. Autofahrt) ist großartig.
