Thank you to all the staff at Aqua Princess! The Concierage/Hosts were kind and amazing. Our favorite East Turkish Bar tender in the world was beyond amazing. The housekeeping staff was so kind and professional. I loved the lady at breakfast (I think the manager??) she was sooo warm. Loved my nice big room and the stunning views of both Turkiye and Greece, not not mention the medeteranean. everyone was sooo welcoming and professional, thank you all so much !

The location is five stars 🌟. Two things not good is the free WIFI that does not work and no elevator especially when you room is on the 4th floor. The shower also was small. But the location and the staff is 5 stars.

Excellent view with exceptional personal and wonderful food cannot go wrong staying here as long as you don’t mine using stairs and limited parking pool area is awesome the homage burger is one of the best in all if Turkey

Amazing hotel in great location.
We had a great stay at this lovely hotel. Staff were excellent, pool was fantastic and it’s just a short walk away from the old town centre.

Magnificent Views
Service and hospitality was awesome - all staff are very friendly, welcoming, helpful and attentive. Magnificent views and best grilled octopus ever ever eaten! My room was of very poor standard, very small, fridge did not work for a couple of days and constant foul smell in the bathroom.

Genel anlamda iyi bir işletme.
Temiz, covid önlemlerini uygulayan bir işletme. Manzarası güzel. Banyodaki rutubet kokusu dışında bir sorun yaşamadık. Otel çalışanlarından Adem Bey, her konuda çok ilgili ve yardımseverdi. Genel olarak tüm personel nazik ve güleryüzlüydü. Keyif aldık.

Everything was great, thanks for the hospitality.🤗.Hotel was in the perfect location 5 min walk to anywhere..only down side there was no elevator which was a bit challenging when you stayed at 4th floor😅

An awful experience!
The room that they gave us was really awful. You would never be happy even if your pet (dog or cat) would need to stay there. It was very small, very dark and the balcony was kind of on the floor which means some cats from streets can easily enter your room if you leave the door open. And the stuff in the room was very old too. We told them we can not stay in that awful room but they didn't want to help us and they didn't accept the cancellation. After a lot of discussion they accepted to upgrade our room if we pay 400 Turkish Lira for 3 nights. It was almost the money that I paid to book the first room. So I ended up paying double for a room that we can stay. I don't recommend this hotel.

Great hotel if you you don’t get room 704!
Have stayed at this hotel before and have found it to be great with very friendly staff. Unfortunately this time we were placed in room 704 which has a very small bathroom. The toilet is squashed between the wall and the shower making it very difficult to use. Avoid this room!

Tired and Tiny Room
The room was very small, 12sqm, its decoration was old and crumbling. No lifts but many stairs. Hotel not recommended for people with physical disabilities. We will not go back.

We really loved our stay at Aqua Princess. The staff is very polite and the hotel kept very clean. We will def look at this next time we go to Kas. The wifi is slow, but who needs that on holiday?

This hotel had a great location; by the sea yet in a quieter end. Staff, especially the barman, were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good. We particularly loved the bar area, it was very pretty and had a great view. We would definitely come back again.

Friendly hotel on edge of picturesque town
We stayed here for 9 nights as part of a two week holiday in Turkey. We chose Kas based on Lonely Planet guide description. The town was exactly as described and perfect. We chose the hotel based on price, reviews and location within the town. We were not disappointed. For value for money, food, service and friendliness of the staff we were extremely happy. The mattress was extremely comfortable. Some parts of the hotel appeared tired but it appears to be being upgraded in parts. However, this is reflected in the price and did not detract from our stay. We would stay here again without hesitation and hope to return to Kas.

I recently stayed at the Aqua Princess Hotel in Kas - well suited for the town, with a private beach and an excellent breakfast to get you going for the day. Staff were very friendly and accommodating -I must mention in particular the multi-lingual receptionist who dealt with all issues swiftly.

We stayed 1 night at Aqua Princess. We booked a room with a balcony, Our room was on the first floor. When we were out on our balcony we felt like we were sitting on the hotel patio, because people kept walking past us. There were 65 steps to get to our room on the 1st floor. The room was clean but very small. We did not swim in their pool, but it looked very inviting. The breakfast was very good! All of their staff was very friendly.

Pretty resort hotel
We stayed in Kas for two nights and we were very happy with this hotel pick. Check in / out was quick and easy and the receptionist was very helpful. We upgraded to an ocean view for 10 euro and it was totally worth even though that meant walking up 6 flights of stairs. They have a lovely pool facing the sea with a bar. There is also a lounging area across the street where you can climb down by ladder to swim, which we did. Supposedly there is a "beach" close by but we never found it. In the afternoon a nice lady came by to say they were serving tea and brownies on the sea side terrace (which isn't complimentary) and that was lovely as well. The hotel is at the end of the hotel strip but still a quick 5 minute walk to the city centre. Kas is an adorable little seaside town, don't rush through it! We had an amazing dinner at Naturel where we ate the most delicious smoked eggplant, and we did one day of sea kayaking with Lukka tours (which I think is the sister company to Bougainville Travel and is located in their office) for 120 TL (approx 60 CND). We kayaked for 1.5 hours in the morning to the Sunken City then spent an hour and a half exploring the fortress on Kalekoy, swimming and had an amazing lunch. Then we kayaked back for an hour. Aqua Princess was the perfect place to relax midway through our Turkey trip.
