Along as you are happy to stay in the resort and eat eat the same food options daily you will be happy. Staff service is really good, the spa was delightful and Starbucks is a bonus at the resort. Taxi's are so expensive if you want venture out of the resort Uber does not work and it seems like the hotel work with the taxi companies and charge extra. I enjoyed my stay but I did nt enjoy the food options but I did venture out to land of legends and spend whole day there at a cost of 50 euros pick and drop off from the hotel. Was worth the money for me as it was a must see place especially in the night with all the lights.

We regret that you were among the few guests who did not appreciate our warm hospitality. But we would like to point out a few things. Firstly you booked a standard land view room and our colleagues upgraded you to a pool view room free of charge. They also helped you to organise free check-out from the room and you stayed in it until 14:00, although the standard check-out is at 12:00 and in the summer season when the hotel is fully booked the hotel very rarely provides this option. And we are very sorry that despite the best efforts of our colleagues you gave them the lowest score. *** AVOID HOTEL*** THIS IS NOT A 5* HOTEL***
On arrival at 5am – reception staff not very friendly, didn’t explain anything to us; For example there is a shuttle that can take you to the beach or you can walk there approx. 5 mins across the road. Room - Looked very spacious – on closer inspection the room was VERY unclean, we had to wipe the dust off the shelves!! Before we could put our clothes in the wardrobe, the floors were dirty and dusty – walking around in bare foot; your feet shouldn’t be coated in dust!!! Bedside table – 7 nights in we happen to run our hand over it and it was thick dust!! This was also the case when checking the sides of the sink/vanity area in bathroom – this is not 5*standard!! Balcony – very dirty, glass not cleaned at all – this was never cleaned the whole entire time we were there!! There was also construction working going on across the road, what we didn’t expect to hear/see about 10 strays dogs barking, especially at night / early morning. We did complain 3 times – no one seem bothered and no apology, even took the video footage to customer service – looked very uninterested and no apology. Food: Was very samey the whole time we were there, on some of the food on the hot food section, the lids were left constantly up – food was cold!!! My friend had food poisoning on the last afternoon from the lunch she ate and was very ill on the flight on the way home!! spa - would recommend Emer and Baki very good and professional A lot of activities not included all an extra charge

It was amazing, great place , clean , good service and good food, they need to come up with an idea to fix the shower, anytime you take shower the whole bathroom area gets wet. And 2nd negative point was ,to access to the beach you had to jump on shuttle but the good thing was they have their own private beach with lots of fun and water park. Good job Aska Lara 😀

This is a well worked and operated hotel. It's huge and i didn't experience a mishap from anything. Everything worked amazingly well. So much to do for every age. Wide variety of food and was delicioius. I could highly recommend this hotel for families. If you want a quiet, kids free hotel this is not for you.

Asks Lara should have a 4 star rating Maximum, it is definitely NOT a five star hote!!!!! And for sure it’s NOT a luxury hotel!!!!! The pictures and the description on the website are VERY VERY FAR FROM REALITY!!! The staff is very nice and friendly but the FACILITY IS VERY OLD !!!! Rooms are VERY OLD and NEED an urgent renovation!!! The towels are old and disgusting, things fall from the shower and the tv is tiny, the view from our rooms was ugly and when we wanted to pay for an upgrade they said there are no suites in the facility???? The main dining room needs an urgent renovation!!!!!! food is CATASTROPHIC!!!!!! We paid each night and went to their A la cart restaurants which was better!!!! The beach restaurant was VERY BAD!!!! I have to say the SPA was THE ONLY GOOD THING IN THE HOTEL!!! NEVER GOING BACK!!!!!

It was supposed to be all inclusive resort, but you have to pay for a lot of the activities there including kids activities, colouring, zip line etc... the entrance of the main resturant smells awful, it's understaffed, we always had to ask for cutlery Evening entertainment staff are not qualified at all, it was really funny watching them dancing - no experince at all Kids water park section and adults slides were shut due to people had pooed into the pool for 2 whole days The WiFi was really poor, rarely connecting even in the bedroom some of the staff are rude It's good if you paid for a 4 star hotel but definitely not a resort

The rooms are not clean, although there is daily cleaning of the rooms, but I don’t give it as a rating more than 2! Also, The main restaurant smelled very bad. Not once or twice but unfortunately ALL the time!! And for the Internet, it is very poor and covers a little space. There’s rarely internet at the swimming pools! Most of the activities you should pay for! Zipline, daily kids activities from painting and others are not free! Only the night show are free. So what is the meaning of All inclusive! There is a lot of dirt and garbage on the beach!! It is so dirty that you can't swim and relax on it. And last thing, the snacks which is available at every resort like pizza, potato and burger are not allowed at swimming pools and beach. you have to go to restaurant to order and you are not allowed to take out the food! only drinks, ice cream and gozleme are available.

Good resort for a family. Beach is at a walkable distance. Hotel also provides a shuttle which runs every 5 mins from the hotel. Beach is 2 mins away in the shuttle. A very good and maintained resort with a lot of restaurant / bars.

This is not a 5*, we paid £1,000 for one week and paid extra for a partial sea view, the room was tiny, and the view was awful, all there was in front of the balcony, was large buildings, very small,sea view, went straight to reception and asked to be moved, no availability, called Expedia, absolutely no help,from you, and was told i could not receive a refund and they would not move me, as this is the room i booked, it was not, it was not the same as the photos.Thank you, i will not use you again.

The main hotel building is great big enough rooms and great service but the outer buildings the rooms are very small and should have a 2 star rating instead of the 5 and there should be a wide price difference between the 2 types of accommodation. English being a universal language I would have expected more English understanding hostesses. Further the kids menu should be considered. Due to an option to have breakfast lunch and dinner included what I experienced is that there was plenty food which left room for wastage - I would suggest providing options but limiting it a 5/6 options at a time so the menu is varied everyday not to see the same food and deserts everyday. Lastly though noting that people have choices, for the 8 days I was there there was a lady cleaning part of level A I saw her cleaning my room, the days I was there for lunch she was moping the floor at the main restaurant and the evenings she was still there and she did look tired which was a bit of a concern to the labor laws.

Our annexe building or River Suites doesn’t have a star grading itself – it’s just an additional building of Aska Lara Resort & Spa. River Suites are preferred by many of our guests because the standard rooms are actually consist of two separate rooms inside and it creates an extra comfort. In addition, there is a notable difference between main building and River Suites rates. To ensure we deliver our services in accordance with our quality policy, our staff is trained on a regular basis in many different areas including foreign language proficiency. We are sorry if you found some of our service team members to have insufficient knowledge of foreign language. We will definitely share your comment with the relevant department. It’s regrettable that you valued the food brought out of the buffet after the mealtime as a wastage. We assure you that the food processing is properly applied at our resort in accordance with the state regulations. Please know that our hotel strictly complies with the state labor laws and the employee rights are always respected in this company. Every guest feedback is very important to us. It helps us make the necessary changes to make our hotel a better place to stay. Thank you very much for your time. We hope that you will stay with us again in the future. Best regards
