Our hotel has a unique design, and was awarded the “Most Beautiful Concept” award, which not so many hotels around the World have got. Our hotel was created by architect Eren Talu. He used white, red and black colors and simple lines to create a unique and unforgettable design of our hotel. The interiors which has been designed with a very minimalist point of view are entirely aimed at providing the comfort for our guests.But in any case, we appreciate your opinion. Zero service, unprofessional staff and trained and miserable staff, unfriendly unwelcoming staff, would I say that again definitely not. No air-conditioning, air-conditioning was turned off and the guest service lies after lies, I met some other guests in the hotel and they were with the same view. They want to stay there again either.

We always strive to deliver nothing but the best to all our guests. We are sad to read your comment about the air conditioner. Let us to clarify that, in terms of air conditioning, our hotel has a central air conditioning system. It works depending on the season. Air conditioners supply cold air in summer, warm in winter. During the off-season, the central air conditioning system is turned off. But in a case if we have a lot of requests from our guests to open air condition system we make it, and we made it in your case, the central air condition system was opened. All air conditioners in our hotel work properly and we constantly monitor it's technical conditions. Also, we looked through our list with complains (08.11.2023) during ''call check'' procedure and we did not find something from your room. We appreciate all guests comments, positive or negative, because it helps to improve our business in line with the expectations of our guests. The property is nice and has a good pool and quick access to the beach. We liked the beach club and food was good there for a nice brunch before a day on the beach. The only note for the beach club is the music can be quite loud starting at 10:30am, but when a few people asked they did turn it down. I’m all for loud music but I think not until early afternoon.

Красивый стильный отель, очень хороший спа и тренажёрный зал. НО там невозможно спать и это перечёркивает все достоинства. прямо под окнами находится бар и сцена. Первую ночь там была вечеринка до утра, я просыпалась постоянно от музыки и криков. На следующий векр я вернулась после спа в номер и там был концерт прямо под окнами, в комнате было невозможно находиться, очень громко. Меня переселили в другую комнату, она была ниже классом, без вила на море, оборудована для инвалидов. Ещё там был забит слив в душе и мне пришлось собирать воду с пола полотенцами. То есть вместо того чтобы прийти и лечь спать, мне пришлось собирать вещи и переезжать. При выезде я спросила насчёт компенсации за это, тем более что номер в который меня переселили стоил дешевле. Но мне ответили, что ничего страшного не случилось и компенсация мне не положена.

Городской отель, в отличии от отелей в курортных зонах, редко имеет концепцию «все включено» и, как правило, всегда расположен в шаговой доступности от исторического центра, магазинов, больниц о развлекательных учреждений. Городские отели имеют большие конференц салоны и рестораны, в которых различные фирмы и организации, а также чиновники города, администрация и бизнесмены проводят собрания, деловые ужины и встречи. Мы обязательно поделимся Вашим отзывом с руковотством отеля и рассмотрим что можно сделать для улучшения акустичиских условий. Great Service, small improvements needed
The room was very spacious and bed was comfortable. The facilities were great, outdoor pool was clean and had plenty of sun beds available. The gym was the best hotel gym with all the machines and equipment you need. The food was fresh and there was a good variety. Only of couple of issues to improve. TVs in rooms could be updated and most towels we had were stained.

The safety box didn't work properly and the tv antenna did not provide a clear tv screen which we let the technician know. It didn't get fixed. And no follow up was done. We were happy to only be there for two night's else we would've been more upset.

This property is in poor condition. Location and food are nice but beach access isn’t convenient - public beach and the place that is supposedly dedicated to Hotel guests asked us to pay 1000 Liras for a sun chair.

We are saddened to read the review about some point regarding our hotel, Regarding the general maintenance of our hotel; We have a design that is very suitable for wear due to its structure. For this reason, it is our greatest effort to keep the white concept new and alive. We try to offer the best appearance by constantly repairing everything that is deformed over time. We want you to be sure that our hotel is constantly maintained and ongoing maintenance work is planned. About all facilities in the region are located on the road between the beach and the location, and for that unfortunately we don't have a private beach but we have a contract with private beach in the area (kalypso beach ) and as diffrent business and like all the beaches in Konyaalti the front beds is for VIP (chargable). . We truly hope we will have the opportunity to host you with us in the future and provide you with even more great memories. We look forward to seeing you again at Hotel Su. If you are looking for a 5 star property this is not your hotel. They are overpriced and they under deliver service. 1- No towels in room 2-Bathroom amenities are horrible and cheap 3-Wi-Fi is very weak 4-Beach service is outsourced and the rip off guests (U$85 for a cheap bottle of Turkish rose wine) 5-how can a 5 star hotel not accept American Express credit card , we used Amex all around turkey even in little hotels 6-front desk staff and manager atitude in handling complaint Definitely not a 5 star property. We will not be back or recommend to anyone.

Room for improvement
The cleaner was rude and had a very bad temperament. We often declined the daily cleaning as we did not require to which the cleaner was ecstatic and displayed the biggest smile. However, when we did say yes to cleaning the cleaner looked at me with great disdain. It was so awkward and she would walk past as if she was having a tantrum not getting her way. On one of the days I had spilt some coffee and asked for a cloth to clean it. The cleaner took the cloth from me to clean it herself only to wipe half of it and leave the rest. I was happy to clean it myself properly. The room got super dusty and the floor was filthy. If the cleaners don't want to clean them at least provide a dust pan and brush. I had to go round with wet tissue. The fridge was dirty with no freezer compartment. One room was booked as a double the other as two singles. Despite there being a sofa/bed available it was a harder mattress with no extra duvet available. Room service food is very poor, arrived cold and substandard. I initially though it would be great because they serve food 24hrs but unfortunately it's not the best. The bell staff are not welcoming, or willing to provide actual help. The vibe is more security and bouncer type. Random hotel users were of more use and help. One lady overheard me and kindly offered to lend change to give to a taxi driver so I could get more cash from an ATM. She was so sweet.
