Fantastic hotel and top service from the second we arrived until when we left. Premium branded drinks whenever we wanted and great selection of food. Due to being out of season, half the hotel restaurants, bars and pools were not open, but still had plenty to keep us looked after. I would definitely recommend this place. Although it is substantially more expensive than some other properties in the area, there is no denying the quality it gives guests staying here and I would not hesitate to return. Definitely a Top 5 star resort

However, my experience was tainted by the fact that there were multiple occasions when restaurant staff were unfamiliar with the menu and items I had ordered from it were made differently from how they were described. The 'warm brownie' was given to me straight from the fridge both times I ordered it, my iced coffee arrived without milk and syrup on one occasion and hot on the next. and I had to remind them to heat it up, There was one occasion when even after the waiter asked me to show him the ingredients of the iced coffee on the menu, I was served a hot latte.

It was an unforgettable stay. Worth highlighting are the special service from Mila and Murad from Villa Service, as well as the service from the young woman at the Vitamin Bar. The facility is fantastic. Natural and quiet. I would improve the food in the individual themed restaurants. I had absolutely no culinary experience in the Thai restaurant. The food was not authentic. Some of the staff should be friendlier and laugh more. We will be back. Thank you for everything. It was the best time we ever had in Turkey

Try Regnum Carya
I may tell you that this my fifth or forth visit. Regnum Carya is a very good hotel. It is a bit pricy but it is worth to stay there. What to improve or change? I have nothing to suggest.

It was amazing. Went as a family of four with young kids and we all had an amazing time. We did not struggle for anything. loved the pools, the beaches and the a la carte restaurants, hotel entertainment. swimming pools etc.

Regnum carya The best resort in the world
Tongue fails to describe the beauty of the hotel, from its rooms, its view, its cleanliness, and the restaurant is very beautiful and tidy. They gave us a cake in the shape of a heart on the occasion of our honeymoon, and they welcomed us with flowers on the bed and in the bathroom. They made a very nice bouquet of roses The softness of the bed linens was very wonderful, unlike all hotels. The hotel is very, very big, and it must take more than one day to enjoy it.. and to be able to discover and see every place in the hotel For example: There are 7 restaurants.. You can eat in them by reservation Italian restaurant, Asian restaurant...etc 😅 The main restaurant without reservation. We were unable to try other than the main restaurant due to lack of time, and it was very, very beautiful, clean, and all kinds of food, and everything was very tasty

The cleanliness of the hotel is excellent. The property is big and beautiful. Families can have a beautiful day and night walks. Staff at the beach and pools work good, but except for couple of more people - the rest of stuff is untrained. The Ala Cart restaurants are not at the level of 5 2 stars hotel, same goes for the main restaurant. And overall, for such an expensive hotel per stay, in the time of Covid, when most of the amenities are closed, almost as no entertainment - I believe the management should work harder and give some kind of bonuses to the travels for them to enjoy the stay. For example: ladies - 1 free massage at a spa. 1 free reservation of cabana on the piers. I had to stay here for more than 14 days and even thou I did ask for some kind of bonus to make my stay a bit more delightful - I received a simple no from a management.

It was a very nice hotel. I would say probably the best from a room and service stand point. However I must point out that I'm disappointed to learn that I have to pay 3 Euros for the Expresso capsules to enjoy Expresso in my Villa. You pay for thousands of liras for a Villa with all inclusive concept but have to pay for a cup of coffee in your room?? To me that's called nickle and diming. Regarding the food and other amenities, I believe the food was adequate and diverse, However it was nowhere close to Rixos belek premium. Was it bad? No but I was expecting better or equal to it's competitor's. It's a bit overpriced compared to the other hotels. In my view if your purpose is to eat diverse food and low budget then I recommend other hotels. I believe it is worth for your money to stay in the villas but I don't feel the same for the standard rooms.
