MUST BE SEEN TO APPRECIATE CONDITION, FACILITIES AND LOCATION.Beautifully presented and well equipped one bedroom apartment located with NEW BED, NEW MATTRESS, NEW SOFA, NEW DINING TABLE CHAIRS. in a well maintained complex and minutes from the beach and town center. Property comprises of a good size living room with separate dining area with doors leading to a large private terrace with sun beds a table and chairs and parasol .Bathroom with WC and shower. Fitted kitchen with cooker, oven, washing machine. Iron and ironing board,hairdryer, toaster ,kettle,coffee maker , fridge with freezer compartment ,all crockery and cutlery and cooking equipment , microwave ,heater and ceiling fans. Massive bedroom with fitted wardrobes. There is a flat screen TV in lounge area .FREE WiFi, bed linen and towels provided. The property comes fully furnished including sun loungers and outdoor furniture. The complex is well maintained and very secure. Private pool, plenty or area to relax, pool side bar, restaurant and few shops within the complex. Reception. Shops and restaurants are 1 minute walk and the sandy beach is 3 Minutes walk. Airport is also a very short drive away. Ideal property, superb location, excellent complex. You won’t be disappointed. Reception open 8am -8pm if checking in after these times there will be a 10 Euro charge for out of hours check in.Recently refurbished bathroom,new sofa bed and dinning room chairs .LATE checkout / early check in possible ask for details.No cleaning in between for longer stays.All customers must check in by 8pm or have call out charge for check in after 8pm

Excellent Location
Fantastic apartment with everything that you need and location is excellent for bars, shops and restaurants. The only thing I would have liked was the option of a blackout blind in the bedroom but this is purely a personal preference.

Perfect home away from home
Great communication from owner throughout and everything exactly as described. Very comfortable apartment in a well looked after complex. The large balcony is perfect to relax on. Easy walking distance to all amenities. Will definitely be back.

Excellent location
The apartment was clean and comfortable, we thought the bed was excellent. We thought at first the balcony wasn't going to get much sun but it shone from rising until about 5.00pm. The kitchen was well equipped with the exception of dishes for the oven, there are none and for us it was a huge disappointment as we self cater most evenings. The fridge freezer was large Whis is an added bonus. The shower was always red hot and the water pressure was excellent. However I think that the sealant coukd be renewed as this let's an otherwise good bathroom down. The television channels are extremely limited but that didn't spoil our stay. The management team we're excellent and responded to any niggles immediately. Check-in was easy and straight forward. Finding a sunbed could be a problem as you have the annoying holiday makers who queue up to make sure their towels are placed on a bed then go out for hours, but if we had been out there generally was always a bed on our return (albeit a single, just as well my husband isn't bothered about lying around the pool) Overall a really good stay in a very nice apartment on a well kept clean and maintained resort close to all amenities.

Convenient and basic
The calimas in Fuerteventura unfortunately leave most outdoor areas with a coating of dust so the outdoor parts needed cleaning and mopping down. The apartment is very handy for everything being, central. The provisions are sparse so you need to provide washing up liquid and detrgent though this is probably normal. Good value for the price being charged though. Only one set of keys though which may be a pain if you don't go out together.

Great little apartment
Having had a few recent rentals with water pressure issues, this was great - boiling water and a good shower and a relatively private verandah that gets the sun up to about 6pm (though the sunbeds are not comfortable as they have a gap). Ideally situated bang in the centre of Caleta. I didn't use the pool but it looked all good. Would book this one again.

I've been holidaying in The Canaries for the last 8 years and, unfortunately, this was the worst accommodation I've stayed in. To describe it as "newly refurbished" is at best highly misleading...the kitchen area may be relatively new...the rest of the apartment is not. It's tired and well past its sell-by date and there was insufficient bedding provided. The shower leaked, flooding the bathroom whenever we used it (for us twice daily) and we were faced with transporting dripping bath mats to the terrace each time, where, due to it being in the shadows of neighbouring properties, didn’t dry. By day 2 we had two revolting, sodden and stinky mats which we had to keep using. The "sun" terrace is small and does not get any sun! ... it's narrow and is surrounded on both sides by high, overhanging adjacent properties. The balcony is also home to the mop and bucket (presumably left there as the leaking shower was already known about). Despite raising the shower issue, and the lack of bedding to the local agent, nothing was done. The wi-fi and satellite TV are a joke (these are not major gripes, although I was assured on booking that wi-fi was available). Overall this was a really disappointing property. On the plus side, the complex itself is pleasant enough, the pool area is nice and the outside areas are clean, tidy and well looked after. When we were there, there was sufficient space and facilities to find a sunbed at all times.

what you see is what you get.
The balcony was in need of a deep clean, there had obviously been a storm prior to our visit but we left the balcony a lot cleaner than we found it. What you see in the pictures is what you get and it is looking a bit tired. But overall it was fine.

Ideal apartment for couples, everything you need for self catering, exactly as described. All amenities on your doorstep. Ghiselle very helpful. Would definitely recommend.
