"Fantastic if your not looking for a "hotel""
This is not a traditional hotel. It is however a very clean, good sized room, and easily accessible via metro. We went to Roma for a night and wanted a room not in the core of the hustle and bustle. There is no restaurant or pool etc as it is a cluster of rooms located is a business area of Roma. There is a fridge, closet, safe, big bathroom and shower and a very good air conditioning which is a must in Roma when it's 36 degrees outside. Simone was great. He was very helpful in giving us directions to and from there and was able to accommodate us leaving our bags there while we explored Roma. There is no "on site" staff but Simone is available. You have to advise them of checkin so he can be there. I was skeptical at the beginning but it was very easy and efficient. Would definitely stay there again if I don't want a "hotel".

"Clean and simple"
B&B Guste is a series of apartments let by a family business. We were placed in a clean apartment, tastefully decorated, with en suite 4 piece bathroom, air conditioning, hair dryer and kettle ( no cups/tea/coffee etc). There was a small kitchen/diner which I imagine was shared among the other rooms in the apartment with fridge/freezer and a selection of breakfast type stuff but we were not told anything about it. As we did not take up the breakfast option we left it alone other than to borrow a couple of cups and a teaspoon. There was a free wifi but the tv was Italian channels only. We did use the provided airport shuttle from/to the airport and it proved well worth it as I'm not sure we would have found our way otherwise. Also, the owners kept our bags for us on the final day after checkout and they were in the car at 6pm for the trip back to the airport. It's a good 30 minutes walk to the Collosseum but the metro was 5 minutes walk and only €1.50 each for a one way trip anywhere on the metro. The one negative was others in the apartment, a bit noisy up to around 1am and they had been smoking in the corridor/kitchen and the residual smell was unacceptable. Basically, if you need a clean room with bare bones facilities on a budget this place for us was great. We were only there to sleep and wash!

"Nice hotel, hour walk to main Rome."
It was a nice hotel. About an hour walk to get to the main attractions of rome. Bus stop maybe 5 min walk. Metro 20 min walk. Lots of stuff to do around the hotel, and staff were friendly and helpful when asked for recommdations on places to eat. Internet was alright, kinda slow but worked for what we needed it for. Shower door was broken, but with some force it could be closed. Free breakfast every morning was nice and had a good selection. Overall nice hotel in what felt like a safe part of town.

"One night in Rome"
A missed plane connection in Chicago shortened my stay at the Picadilly from two nights to one. I found the staff at the Picadilly accommodating and trustworthy. Prior to my stay I made a couple of inquiries about different issues since this was my first stay in Rome. Veronica was quick to respond and answered my questions. The room was comfy, clean and secure. The location near the metro station is another nice convenience.

"Perfect location "
Location was perfect. Only 2 minutes walk from the metro. So easy and cheap to get to and from the airport, the termini main train station was 3 stops away and easy to get to vatican, colosseum etc. Area also safe to walk at night. Stores i the neighborhood for shopping. Room also spacious. Staff friendly but unfortunately hardly present. Bathroom spacious but the shower cabin was too small and spilled water on the floor. The drain or toilet flush made constantly a lot of noise. Room supposed to be clean monday, wednesday and friday but cleaning seemed to be only replacing the towels. Trash can was not emptied, bed linnens were not changed. Toilet paper was not replenished and when asked still did not get any. Tv was not working and was not fixed. Would recommend the owners to take care of these issues and to let the staff be there at set dates and times and to post this so the guest know. On the other hand since we were gone the whole day we could set these issues aside because all with all it is a great place

"Info about room"
Four room B&B in an apartment building about a 2 minute walk from the metro stop and a 30 minute walk to the Colosseum. The manager is friendly, helpful, and keeps everything very clean. There is a small elevator to reach the 7th floor where the B&B is. Breakfast consisted of a tray in the room with some basic food and drinks and in the hall there was a small station for cereal and drinks including a mini fridge. Lots of great local restaurant recommendations. Clean, well equipped bathroom. Air conditioning and TV in the room. Had to call to be let in initially but otherwise a fantastic place.
