The Duplex Apartment Parque Santiago 3 is located in a very well maintained complex directly at the sea and at the fantastic beach of Playa de Las Americas. All shops, restaurants, hairdressing salons, banks and ATMs are within walking distance. The apartment has 2 bedrooms.

The living room is air-conditioned and has a sofa bed which provides a comfortable place to sleep for 2 more people.
In the living room there is a flat screen TV with satellite programmes and a small stereo system, internet is available free of charge via Wifi (very fast fibre optic internet with up to 100 Mbit).
The apartment consists of two floors.

From the terrace you have a beautiful view of the mountains and the shopping street. The terrace has seating furniture, you can sit there in the evening with a glass of wine and enjoy.

The kitchen has a hob, oven, fridge, freezer, microwave, toaster, kettle and coffee machine. Internet is available free of charge via Wifi. There is also a washing machine with iron and ironing board.

The apartment is ideal for a bathing and beach vacation, also for a long-term vacation it is optimally suitable. The complex has a very nice pool area with a separate water park with water slides for the children. At the pool there is also a bistro for snacks and ice cream in between (for a fee).

Appalling communication; apartment very tired
This apartment is very tired with the kitchen, bathrooms and balcony particularly in need of updating. The upstairs shower is only waist height and is difficult to access. The washing machine in this shower room can only be plugged in by stretching the lead across the wash hand basin to the nearest power socket. The mattresses were heavily stained as was the plastic mattress cover on one bed. Cutlery was limited (only 2 dessert spoons) as was glassware (no wine glasses) so we bought those and have left them for future renters. The balcony is small and cluttered with bric a brac. On a positive note, we thought the cleaner did a valiant job given how tired the place. We noticed that the dirty shower curtain a previous reviewer had mentioned had been replaced. On a more personal note, we had an issue with the description of the bed layout we had booked (following our complaint, the owner has now changed the description on VRBO ) and felt totally misled.

Superb Location
Everything was smooth with Sven, I was kept up to date with the check in process etc, also had no problem getting a late checkout! The Apartment was pristine clean and in a great location, has 2 bedrooms with both having en-suites! Only minor issue was the fridge door needed a new handle! Would love to return! Parque Santiago 3 has everything you could ask for and more! Thank you Sven 😃

Great location..
Plenty of places to eat, loads of shops all at your door step. The apartment is slightly dated, but the beds are comfy. I would recommend and would go back. The owner replied in short time to any queries we had. We where met at the front door with our room keys, Thanks Sven and team!

Vi har hyrt av Sven flera gånger innan och han är fantastisk som hyresvärd och svarar otroligt snabbt vid kontakt. Vi har haft väldigt bra dagar i lägenheten måste vi säga och vi ÄLSKAR pool-området på PS III! Lägenheten saknade vid besöket en del porslin för 5 personer men allt går ju att lösa enkelt på denna fantastiska ö, Teneriffa! Som vanligt får Sven höga betyg från fam Ceveryd!!!

Katastrophaler Zustand der Wohnung und unprofessioneller Service
Apartmentübergabe: Wie angekündigt, haben wir uns nach unserer Ankunft am Flughafen telefonisch gemeldet und unsere Ankunft angekündigt. Die Dame erklärte uns, dass sie es nicht pünktlich schaffen kann, da sie 2 weitere Wohnungsübergaben habe. Um 18.30 haben wir erneut angerufen, sie teilte uns mit es würde noch ungefähr 1 Std dauern. Danach mussten wir mit den schweren Koffern durch die Anlage mehrfach hin und her, da sie weder wusste wo sich das Apartment befand noch so orientiert war, es zu finden. Gefunden haben es letztlich meine Kinder! 2. Auf dem Balkon fehlten die Polster für die Balkonmöbel, was ich sofort angesprochen habe. Desinteresse pur als Reaktion! 3. Meine Nachfrage nach einem weiteren Schlüssel ( bekommen haben wir nur 1 Schlüssel und eine Karte für die Anlage bei 5 Personen) löste weitere Verwirrung aus. Auf tel. Anweisung ihres Chefs sollte sie in dem Schlüsselkasten vor der Wohnung nachschauen, was sie aber nicht aufbekam! 4. Der Kühlschrank: kein Griff zum Öffnen vorhanden, statt dessen notdürftig mit einer Schnur ersatzweise improvisiert. Das Eisfach hatte keine Klappe zum Verschließen, dadurch total vereist mit einer so dicken Eisschicht, dass nichts mehr reinpasste. Das haben wir fotografiert und dann das Eis selbst entfernt. 5. Das Licht auf der Terrasse und im oberen Badezimmer über dem Spiegel funktionierten nicht. 6. alle Tresore waren verschlossen, da kein Schlüssel da war, nicht benutzbar. 7. Die Fensterscheibe eines Fensters vom unteren Schlafzimmer fehlte!, dadurch war die Wohnung dauerhaft offen und gleichzeitig der Tresor nicht benutzbar. Nach 13 Stunden Anreise haben wir mit Kindern über eine Stunde auf das Eintreffen der Dame zwecks Wohnungsübergabe gewartet, sind dann eine weitere halbe Stunde in der Anlage gemeinsam mit ihr herumgeirrt, weil sie nicht wusste wo sich das Apartment befindet, haben die Ferienwohnung in einem katastrophalen und ungesicherten Zustand vorgefunden und wir bekamen nicht mal genügend Karten, um für uns alle den Zugang zur Anlage und Wohnung zu gewährleisten. Im Prinzip ging es täglich so weiter mit Dingen, die nicht funktionierten und ausgetauscht werden mussten. Die Elektrik fiel komplett aus und musste ausgetauscht werden. Der Ofen schaltete sich nach gewisser Zeit aus, weil er zu heiß wurde. Die Möbel gehören auf den Sperrmüll und nicht in einen hochpreisige Ferienwohnung. Renovierung dringend erforderlich, inkl. Bäder und Ausstattung. Das war der totale Reinfall!
