THE LAND
Nestled in 9 acres of mountainous land, you'll be in contact with nature while being less than 10min away from West Asheville.

You can walk the property to the top, with incredible views, and the natural spring at the bottom.

THE ROOMS
We have two rooms with queen beds in the 800sqft unit, and a queen bed in the 400sqft.

THE BATHROOM
Enjoy a modern bathroom with a relaxing rain shower in each unit.

THE LIVING ROOM
Comfy sofas, smart TV where you can stream your favorite shows and movies, and sound-system.

THE DECK (800sqft)
Seating and Teager grill, to make a great cookout surrounded by nature.

YARD
Each house has seating and a fire pit with wood provided.

THE KITCHEN
800sqft: Having an open-space concept and high ceilings, this 800sqft home feels way larger. Cook while joining the fun as everybody hands out in the house.

400sqft: Equipped with a microwave (oven, air fryer function), 2 burner cooktop, and coffee station

You are welcome to explore the 9-acres of land where the property is nestled. We kindly ask you to respect the privacy of the other property, specially if we have other guests staying.

The land is delimited by pink survey markings, anything beyond that is not our property, so we ask you to stay within the markings.

800sqft: There is a locked basement below the property, as well as a locked closet that are not accessible during the stay.

400sqft: There is a locked basement below the property, not accessible during the stay.

BEARS
There may be wildlife on the property and there are black bears in this area of North Carolina so we ask that you don’t leave any food outside. Encounters are rare in our property, but we will share some tips in case you need them!

PETS
We allow up to 2 dogs, maximum 50lb each. Our pet fee is $75 per pet, per stay. The first pet fee will be included in you rate when you book if you select you are bringing pets, and we will request the second one via VRBO.
