BE AWARE!!! VERY UNSECURE PROPERTY ! BE BLESSED
The day of when I emailed the property manager for the access code to enter the property I received a call from her assistant Tony or whoever saying they didn’t know we booked . The property was dirty give him an hour to turn it around (rush and clean it ) calls back a few minutes later . I’m sorry we’re going to have to cancel it because this place is a complete mess . It’s feces all over the balcony it’s a total wreck . I asked him how would we go about getting a refund and he said that he didn’t know because they just started using this site . He would have to contact Vrbo . So since he wasn’t trying to refund us he said we was going to call his cleaning company to come do a deep cleaning so we could still stay . He called and said it would be ready at 9:00 I informed him that my mom was here from out of town and that we needed to stay there for the weekend . It said Events allowed and smoking only on the balcony . We didn’t check in until 10:15 and had to leave at our normal checkout time we weren’t compensated at all . They are very rude and have very nasty attitudes . The property didn’t have any tissue , no towels , rags , soap dish detergent etc nothing that a property rental supposed to have they said they don’t supply that it’s not there job we’re supposed to bring our own things because it’s not a hotel . They called saying we broke a dresser . Which was already broke before we entered the property now they’re trying to charge extra . DO NOT RENT this from them it’s very unsecure etc . They just switched up the rules to no events and no smoking because of the people that damaged the property before them BE AWARE !!!!!!!
