Welcome to Tiny House @ Cowboy Courtyard hospitality at its best.

A very unique opportunity to stay in this magnificent custom built " Tiny House" in the heart of South Forsyth county and one of the best and most certainly the most unique VRBO listing in the area.

Relax on the Tiny House deck while the ponies are just a few feet away in the paddock
Our guests are welcome to hang out and pet the ponies...they love our guests.



There is a coffee maker as well as coffee,sugar,creamer & sweetener.

The Tiny house has a TV in the living area & upstairs in the loft bedroom
with Netflix,Hulu,regular TV channels WiFi and high speed internet service.

The kitchen is well equipped with most of the daily things needed to cook meals as well as a gas grill outside the front door on the deck.

We provide soft luxurious body hand and face towels.

Soap ,shampoo a hair dryer and all the necessary health care items are provided in the Tiny House.

The Tiny House is located in the heart of horse country Alpharetta on a 3.7 acre horse ranch and an excellent location just minutes to everything only 6 miles from downtown Alpharetta and Cumming GA.

Our guests are welcome to hang out with and pet the ponies

Just 1.5 miles from shops,entertainment, restaurants bars ,malls and 1 mile from the Big Creek 13 mile biking,walking & running trail and Forsyth County's newest attraction "Halcyon" with shops entertainment and awesome restaurants and just 1 mile from the 13 mile Big Greek Greenway Bike and running trail and 10 minutes from Sawnee Mountain hiking trails and the fabulous summit observation deck.

The Tiny House was a great and unique stay. The house was clean, well stocked, and had everything I needed for my stay. Spoke briefly with one of the owners and he was very welcoming! I would absolutely stay there again.

Quaint, comfy, quiet tiny house.
Gracious hosts with terrific communication ensure your stay is perfect. Thoughtful touches like coffee and homemade soap, along with charming surroundings made for a memorable stay. It’s important to know that the space is small and narrow in areas, and climbing a ladder to the loft bed is necessary. We loved our stay!

I had a great time in this Tiny House. It was cozy and space-efficient and perfect for my needs. Of course making friends with the mini horses was a plus, haha. One thing I'll say about the location is that it is right next to a high school and one night there was a football game and the crowd was audible, but it didn't go late so not really a problem. But I would stay here again!

Very tiny and quaint
A true tiny house experience! Gave me insights into the tiny life and helped me discover what will be important should I decide to follow this lifestyle. Hosts were very friendly and helpful, and I enjoyed the quiet company of the 3 ponies while relaxing on my deck. Was disappointed that the fire pit was not available for me to enjoy. However, the accommodation were clean and adorable! Would definitely recommend
