You can watch from the comforts of your private terrace that faces Peachtree Street. Exposed brick walls in kitchen. Fully loaded all black appliances kitchen with microwave, double door refrigerator, stove.
Totally renovated porcelain tiled bathroom. Sanitized and deep cleaned after each visit.

Wonderful staycation
As a full-time caregiver for an aging parent, occasionally I need a break to recharge. This property provided the in-town respite that I needed. That screened in terrace balcony gave me life! Fran was a gracious, communicative hostess who answered my many questions quickly and politely. The on-site concierge was a wonderful safety feature.

We had a great stay in ATL! The apartment was exactly what we expected and the terrace was very nice and private. Would definitely recommend and would stay again!

The property was surrounded by homeless people, they were even blocking the entrance where you would enter the apartment. Parking was a block away where you also had to pass through homeless people to get to the building. Owner recommended to park in a parking garage another block down because it had a parking attendant. Property did not feel safe at all. Never made it to the apartment. Contacted owner immediately upon arrival and informed her of our issues and she basically told us well it's downtown Atlanta that can happen. She did not care anything about our concerns. We also contacted Expedia/VRBO with our concerns and was told a manager would call us and we never heard from anyone. Once I returned home, I made a follow up call to Expedia/ VRBO concerning the problem and I was told "sorry it is owners' discretion." I would not recommend this owner or this property unless you like spending that kind of money to stay with the homeless people and feel unsafe.

Great Condo, Excellent Location
It was a great condo. The location was spectacular. Everything I needed. And enjoyed working on the deck for a few hours each day. Easy access to and from the airport. Felt very safe in the building as well.

Condo was just as described. Cute and well stocked. Easy to walk anywhere. Secure building in a great neighborhood. Monitored parking dec very close! Owner was very responsive to calls and texts. I would stay here again!

The location of this apartment is fantastic. It is less than 2 blocks to the Atlanta Merchandise Mart. Several nice restaurants are within walking distance as well. The accommodations are as described however the pullout couch leaves a bit to be desired. It would be great for children but not very comfortable for an adult and certainly not for a couple. The kitchen is small but functions well. We did not prepare any meals so I cannot speak to necessary cookware. We had an issue with our door lock and the owner responded quickly. There are plenty of linens that were of nice quality. There are many ticking clocks, but removing the batteries solved that problem. There were no "instructions" for anything in the apartment (check out, appliances, recommendations, etc). The only thing that would negate my return was the smell. It was strange and the source could not be determined. We opened the porch door to help alleviate the odor.

Upset. Anniversary weekend ruin
My car has been jacked on the property a few hours after we'vearrived.. it was also other people cars being broke in and people there saying it's normal is CRAZY!!!! We will never return to this property again due to that.. the place n owner were nice n clean bt due to carjacking, it made me give 1 star. I got to come out of pocket to now pay for my broken window from my anniversary vacation SMH!!!

I had a awesome experience.Fran the property manager did everything she said she would place was very nice and we enjoyed our stay . would highly recommend this condo . location was great the stadium was walkable and lots of restaurants and bars around loved it .
