We're thrilled to share that every aspect of the home is brand new, from the gleaming dark walnut hardwood floors to the fully equipped stainless steel kitchen. The spacious deck with patio seating and a grill provides the perfect backdrop for outdoor gatherings and activities, with a fenced-in backyard for added privacy.

Entertainment is at your fingertips with a game room featuring a ping-pong table, dartboard, and a 55-inch TV for movie nights. The lower level also features two comfortable queen-sized bedrooms, each with brand-new bed frames and memory foam mattresses, as well as 1800-thread count sheets for a good night's sleep. With 7 queen beds, 1 king, and a sleeper sofa, there's plenty of room for everyone!

Our cleaning team works hard to ensure that the home is spotless and sanitized for your arrival. Should you encounter any issues during your stay, our maintenance team is ready and eager to help.

For your convenience, early check-in may be available for an additional fee of $50. Please note, we do not accept last-minute bookings for guests without prior history.

Supplies Included:

➼You'll have sheets, towels, and washcloths available during your stay (sufficient for the maximum number of guests allowed).
➼Basic toiletries such as toilet paper and paper towels will also be provided.
➼Shampoo, conditioner, toothpaste, and body wash are not included.
➼You'll also have access to an iron and ironing board, as well as a well-equipped kitchen with a microwave, coffee maker, and all the necessary cookware, dishes, and utensils.
➼Pest control is a priority and we have regular visits from our pest control partner to ensure a pest-free environment.

Booking Requirements:

➼Please make sure to have a verified phone number, a profile picture, and a complete profile before inquiring or booking.
➼Guests must be at least 21 years old.

Pet Policy:

➼We are pet-friendly and welcome your furry friends!
➼However, for sanitary reasons, pets should not be allowed on furniture or bedding. A payment request for professional cleaning may be made if this rule is violated.
➼There is a non-refundable pet fee of $150 per pet, and an additional fee of $150 per pet if you plan to bring three or more pets.

Extra Guests:

➼An extra guest fee of $19 per night will be charged after the 6th guest.
Visitor numbers should not exceed 16 in compliance with party ban.
➼Visitors will incur a one-time fee of $29 per guest.
