Wonderful place!
We stayed here for 3 nights on a road trip adventure for spring break. It was perfect! The apartment was clean and ready to go. Response time was quick with any questions we had and checking in/out was extremely easy. The beds were comfy and we had plenty of space. I would suggest maybe a 4th stool and maybe an extra chair for seating. Not far from the aquarium and zoo. I highly suggest The Lazy Dog restaurant or Iron Hill Brewery if you stay here. About 10mins away and great food and beer. We would definitely stay again if we come back to the area!

Beautiful Condo!
This property is fabulous! The condo was CLEAN and comfortable; very welcoming. I loved the decor, the kitchen, and the bedrooms were large, each with a walk-in closet and bathroom. The bed was very comfortable too. The host even left a complimentary bottle of wine! I felt safe, since I’m a single mom and traveled with just my teenage son. It was super secure. I highly recommend this property.

Great communication with owners
The apartment is very clean, and the owners, Marilyn and Conrad were very kind and excellent in terms of communication and helping out when we had questions. They seemed very invested in ensuring a pleasant stay. The apartment, however, is not quiet nor peaceful. It is right on the busiest highway in ATL. 10 lanes of traffic is the view; however, if you look upward, you do see a lot of trees, which is pleasant. The noise may be a non-issue for some renters. For my husband and I, we are noise sensitive, so it was not an ideal place for us, but the windows do block out some noise and if you do not have a noise sensitivity, this should be a moot point. Thanks Marilyn and Conrad. We enjoyed meeting you very much.

Perfect Place to Stay
Travelled to Georgia for my sons baseball tournament. This apartment was the perfect place to stay for my family. Lots of room with everything we needed. Close enough to Atlanta to enjoy the city. Communication was great. Check in was easy. Would stay here again if we are in the area.

Perfect stay
Everything about this apartment was at a perfection level. The apartment was clean and stocked with essentials. It has a nice balcony for city viewing. Very close to the MLB stadium. And was easy to get to other parts of the city. The host is super nice. Highly recommend this stay. We enjoyed ours!

Comfy, Clean & Cute!
Our family of 4 stayed here while in town to visit the Georgia Aquarium (which was AMAZING) and to see a ATL United soccer game and we couldn’t have asked for better accommodations. The apartment lined up to it’s title and was truly immaculate! Very spacious and comfortable for us. The apartment building has wonderful amenities, including a great pool, fitness center and clubhouse and was very quiet. Marilyn and her husband were fantastic hosts and greeted us with a wine & fruit platter and welcome note, which was a very nice touch. Plenty of basics around the apartment to get us through our weekend stay as well. Thanks for a great stay in ATL!

Time at Sandy Springs
This is an awesome apartment. Very well decorated, clean and safe neighborhood. The amenities are better than a hotel with a swimming pool, gym, grill by the pool and a sidewalk around the building. You have all the amenities of home. Marilyn is an excellent host. She explains the lay out of the apartment building. Answers messages promptly. We were here for 12 days and feel blessed that we were able to find such a place to stay.
