The bed was dirty, I had to ask them twice to came and change the sheets and pillow cases. The coffee cups were dirty. The bathroom only had one towel. None of the channels worked properly on the tv and the internet was very stressing.

Quality of service went down comparing to my previous stays. 1. We were 2 persons and gave us only 2 complementary water and when we asked for more they refused!! Break fast quality is very poor which serves at room.. Parking is super dusty and dirty

Nice location its worth it helfull staffs specially operation many MR. DIPEN staff working in tagseem must be trustfull they charge me 20 BD for one drink and its not printed on our bill just by hand which is mean !!!!!!!

Hotel new ,clean,room big and nice. Suitable for both single and family . It has club in 1st floor . No noise in the rooms. 5 min drive from all cafes amd restaurants. Quit area and easy parking outside hotel . I dont know other reviews why said it is not good. Actulally parking is good but outside. Only 1 thing room clean service not regularly follow up .sometimes u should tell.other wise all great.

A very average hotel...
Only one point to highlight that was good - an arrival experience; the lady that checked me in was very pleasant and check-in didn't take much time. The room was given as prepared for arrival, but it was obviously not ready. TV / kettle / a table lamp didn't work (the problem was i guess with same line for sockets); a safe box was already with the open doors but closed bars so i could not use it. AC is very loud as the split system is just behind the wall - every time I was switching the AC on, it sounded like a plane was ready to take off...

Biased ! Terrible customer service, loud place.
Terrible customer service. My girlfriend was still at work when I checked in told the receptionist that. Later when she came in, they wanted me to pay extra and asked her to show proof of legal stay in Bahrain. They don’t ask for visas to everyone. It’s a horribly biased place and i will not stay there again nor will I recommend it.

I stayed at Ramee Rose in Juffair - Bahrain. It was my Eid holidays in Sept'17 along with my wife and daughter. Despite being a new hotel with spacious rooms, it was a bummer that the bathrooms lacked bath tubs. The bigger surprise was the poor guest etiquette show by the staff: 1) Our room had 2 single beds and it took 5 reminders and almost 1 hour of waiting for the housekeeping staff to turn up and join the beds. 2) Free breakfast wasn't part of the deal. When we went to the restaurant and asked the guy on the counter to add our breakfast to our room bill. However, he rudely insisted that we would have to pay there itself. When we were barely midway into our breakfast, he had the boll sent to our table!! To my utter annoyance, the waiter asked me if I preferred to pay in cash or by credit card. I reiterated that it must be added to my room bill, as I didn't carry my wallet for breakfast. Reluctantly, a pen was sent for me to sign the breakfast bill. 3) At the time of Check Out, I saw the Reception staff calling up various guests aggressively, reminding them to Check Out. Although this wasn't applicable in my case and I'm aware of the heavy booking due to Eid holidays, one would expect a more polite approach from people who "serve" in the "hospitality industry". I have stayed with the Ramee Group earlier, and just hope that this was a stray episode..which will definitely be looked into by their leadership. Very disappointed!!!

Hotel is poor in customer service
Not mini bar/ice buckets, refrigerator not plugged in for cold drinks, front desk doesn't take credit cards for essential (room service). Hotel SPA not connected to billing to the room, for a family hotel the bar music was so loud you could heave it on the 12th floor. Very poorly managed hotel, I will not recommend this hotel to anyone.

The breakfast staff seems to be still in training. The tables weren't set up properly; no cups, no nspkins. There is only 1 waiter attend to fill these. The location was ok. The lobby people were good. The band playing at the club was good.

Awesome Hotel! But...
Booked to a regular room and upgraded to a suite. This is maybe because I came with my friends and we booked 3 more rooms. Everything was great except that I lost my branded eyeglasses in that room and never returned. I was sure that I left it from that room because when we went back the night before we checked out I took it off and placed it on top of the side table. I called the hotel housekeeping right away but they claimed nothing was left behind. Another thing was a hotel staff suddenly open our main door without even knocking! I reported this one and said they will investigate, but they didn't call back/feedback. Very, very sad!...

The hotel is clean and service was good. But the same music play day and night was too loud heard in the room.

Very peaceful and quiet hotel. The staff was very kind and friendly except for the reception. I felt that the reception was somehow rude.

So-so, wouldn't stay again...
Went for short family vacation; room was good size, good rainfall shower, comfortable bed, decent wifi. A/C broke down after first night, miserable to sleep after that. Management unwilling to provide any refund other than small room-service bill. Hotel food was terrible and overpriced. No ice machine or access in hotel, so had to pay about $4.00 USD for a small bucket of ice from room-service? Been to a lot of hotels in a lot of countries, but that was pretty pathetic...
