Good location and clean property. Facilities were nice. Air conditioning in our room was not very strong and we could not adjust it however it was manageable.

LOVED the rooftop! Staff were very helpful and friendly. We took taxis (Grab), so no comment on parking. The place was wonderful and easy walking to good restaurants and a night market. The on-site food and drink was great as well. Would very much recommend staying here.

Very thing was super clean, lots of food options around. The staff is very helpful and goes above and beyond. I’d recommend getting the breakfast, it is worth it.

Everything was fine and wifi was fast. Just that the gym was hot, the pool top closed early and no coffee or tea in the room, just a kettle.

All of our rooms do provide complimentary tea & coffee for all our guests and it is kept in the draws. Next time when you visit Amara please call us if you are not able to it as we would be more than happy to help you.
I loved the service at this property. The room was fairly spacious and clean, and the hotel is in a central location - close to the Silom area of Bangkok.
The only thing missing from the room are USB ports for charging of devices.

The hotel pictures are outdated. Pool looks terrible. room was not what I had booked.. they changed me the next day . Then after we were comfortable we found out that the cleaning lady had gone thru our personal belongings and even opened our suitcases .. not acceptable

The hotels location is fairly central. With bts sky train lines being in walking distance. There is a lack of restaurants and bars around the hotel though. You have to walk towards the red light district. The hotel is looking tired and

Myöhäinen check-in jota ei saanut aikaistettua, lupasivat soittaa kun huone vapaa, jäi kuitenkin ilmoittamatta.
Huoneessa ympäriinsä mustia pitkiä hiuksia jotka lisääntyivät päivä päivältä.
Huoneet eivät enää uusia, altaalla vain muutama kpl aurinkotuoleja. Aamupala kohtalainen, henkilökunta kuitenkin ystävällistä.

Nice and clean property. Very nice surrounding area, walking distance to BTS and subway. Lot's of food options near by.

Very clean, staff helpful with restaurant recommendations, transit an easy walk, lots of restaurants and street food nearby, roof top bar is lovely as is the pool up there. Breakfast was superb, omelette bar, pasties, fruit, Thai dishes, salad, and more.

This is one of the best hotels we have ever stayed in. It does not feel like a hotel. The room is big. The bathroom is big. The swimming pool is big. The breakfast is fantastic. Everybody is friendly.
In short it is almost perfect.
Possible improvements: insufficient light for reading,
no drawers.
