This is truly a five star hotel. They went above and beyond to ensure our stay was very memorable. We were upgraded into a better suite. Every single experience at this hotel was five star. The staff chose to celebrate us in a very special way for our 30th anniversary. Our room was decorated with balloons, flowers and a special dedication. We received a cake at breakfast and again at dinner. Professionalism at its height. The scenic view from the room is something one can never forget. Added with the sweet flavor from this hotel, I would stay here again in a heartbeat.

The Peninsula is a Bangkok institution, great service, on the river etc but the city life has moved to sukhumvit which has a lot more going on now.

We liked the suite on the 28 th floor and the SPA option plus the swimming pool. We loved the breakfast at the hotel on the ground floor, it was really fantastic with multiple options. The Festival of Lights on Monday night was perfectly organized and well presented- it was a truly wonderful surprise for us. We loved the food , the show and the fireworks at the end . The food was amazing too . Thank you again for your hospitality.

I have stayed at the Peninsula many times in the past years. I enjoy their pool, their spa, their gym and all of their facilities. I love their boat it is so beautiful. The best asset they have is their employees. They are so talented, intelligent and kind. I believe most people enjoy the Peninsula’s variety of breakfast. I used to enjoy it as well. The food is of great quality and variety, and they cater for everyone. But I think buffet breakfast don’t suit a 5 star hotel like peninsula. My shout out to the swimming pool guys they rock.

It was a very enjoyable stay at the hotel. We spent 2 nights and staff were very friendly from the lovely lady who assisted with our check-in to the staff at the River Cafe, everything was excellent and my family truly enjoyed it!
