Female at check in was totally bored and unhelpful. The males on front desk during my stay we mostly very helpful and nice. Also guys on duty,porters etc, also very nice and helpful. I stayed here about 6 times defore covid and it is now nothing like it used to be. Breakfast appalling, used to be great. after first morning I had breakfast at the hotel across the road. So did many others I spoke with.

Didn't like the fact the hotel did not provide wash clothes and hand towels. Every hotel provides a wash cloth.... Disappointed the rooms A/C was not working properly, could not be control to temperature and then failed totally. We have stayed at your hotel many times, even brought family extra member in the past with much better service and care. Wish you would go back to your excellent level of service in the future.

Reasonable stay in Silom
Hotel in a good location, did what it needed to. Clean enough, if a little old. Pool actually in building across the road but nice. Lon lon canteen downstairs does great food

Stayed here a few times now. Always clean and great location. The hotel is aged a little bit, but as it is a cheaper hotel this os what you pay for. Stayed in a deluxe room this time and room was nice and large with big bathroom and hot shower with good pressure. Staff friendly snd room always cleaned daily by house keeping. Definitely stay again.

The staff was very friendly! The room was very large with a lot of space. There is the sky train that is a 5 min walk and the subway is a 10 min walk. There is a local market very close by and cheap local restaurants within walking distance. The view outside of the window was of another building which we didn’t mind. Also, the drain in the shower didn’t drain well due to these design we think. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would stay there again!

This is a great choice for people who want a good value hotel in the heart of the Silom area of Bangkok. The staff are amazingly friendly and helpful. I would stay here again when i next visit Bkk.

Good hotel in a central area.
The location was pretty ideal with street markets close by to get food. The AC worked really well. Pool facilities are across the lane but easy enough to access.

The property was in an excellent location. Not far at all from the train, shops and restaurants! The staff was very friendly and always available and ready. It's not glamorous but it serves its purpose. Clean, nice beds, comfortable and quiet. It was great! If a clean bed, a good shower and a great location are your go-to's when booking, this hotel is for you! Only 3 negative notes: wifi was slow and the TV was NOT user friendly. I couldn't use it at all. We had 1 rainy day where we wanted to relax amd maybe watvh movies - we couldnt do that. And the gym's AC was broken during my entire stay (2 weeks).

No sound proof and hear everything from Next door noise. Bed is noisy too, and shower is inconvenient because of fixed shower spray. Good point is only spacious and near BTS, and early check in.

If it was rated against a two-star hotel, it would have gotten somewhere around 8/10... the staff (reception, cleaning crew, concierge) is very friendly... But if it was rated against a three-star hotel, it would have gotten somewhere around 4/10... the facilities (basically only room and in-house restaurant) were quite run down - not rustic, but too much wear-and-tear with a paint job done haphazardly... It does not have its own gym or swimming pool, you have to go across the road to Trinity Complex Level 9 for such facilities... pool could be better maintained and the gym has a large enough floor space for about 4 gym-goers at time, if they are not using the same category of machines.

Stayed 6 nights in non-smoking room. But I could smell it; may be because the former guest smoked in room. Except that issue, the stay was nice. A 5 minute walk to Chong Nonsi BTS and 7/11is convenient. Many restaurants and a mini-mart in the complex/area.

Well located near Chong Nonsi BTS station. A super market and restaurants/cafes in the complex. 7/11 is just around the corner. Self service laundry available. Only one downside for my stay is I can smell smoke in non-smoking room. Quite strong smell. May be the former guest smoked in this room. Otherwise it was a pleasant stay.

Gone downhill
Stayed here many times. Always request the main building but this time was in the annexe which in effect is another hotel accessed by a passage way through the Trinity complex. Fine when the porter is taking your luggage to the room but a pain when having to drag it all the way back to the lobby at the end of the stay. Problem on first night with drunk locals trying to find "friends" at 1am. Had to call security from the main building as there is no one in the annex overnight. Whole hotel is now very tired looking with no care or upkeep of the rooms apparently since pre-covid. Love the area though but next time will stay in other options nearby (holiday inn?)

When we first arrived at night we were quite worried that the hotel wouldn’t meet our expectations as it doesn’t look grand from outside but we were pleasantly surprised. The room was very spacious and they have amazing facilities such as a rooftop pool and great gym. Also very close to railway station which made travelling much easier. There is also a local market with barely any tourists right in front of it. Great for breakfast and a snack. Would recommend this hotel
