This was a nice property in a good location. The front desk staff were very helpful with numerous items. I had a problem with the heavy perfumed air freshener everywhere. The breakfast had a lot of variety which was nice but they don’t have proper equipment for the hot food so that food was cold.

Great experience at this property while visiting Barcelona. Nice location very close to all major attractions, dining and shopping. Very polite staff, seamless check in and check out, great breakfast and clean room! Will stay again!

Clean modern and friendly staff! They lock up your luggage and hold it until check in so you are able to see the area without the inconvenience of dragging your luggage around!

The hotel was quite adequate for my purposes. Many bakeries nearby for breakfast, small grocery store right across the street. My only knocks, the beds are extremely hard (although I've experienced this elsewhere in Europe) - it's not far from the Triomf metro station, but I wish it was closer, depends on how much you like to walk.

Nice hotel, in an ok neighborhood, with great housekeeping. Little visibility outside through barred room windows. Street traffic/noise can be heard, but not horribly noisy. Comfy bed and room amenities. Awesome bread shop across the street. Not too far from bus and metro station. Bathroom layout needs a makeover—shower glass doors/partitions design are not functional. I’d stay at this hotel again, but don’t recommend walking around the neighborhood late at night.

Nice boutique hotel in the heart of Barcelona, walking distance to all major attractions, and plenty of dining options around. There is also a supermarket across the street should you missed any items for your travel.

The property was decent and the staff was fairly nice. I was disappointed that no one could tell me where to find a dry cleaners and that the hotel did not offer this service themselves. I was also disappointed that they do not offer Irons and ironing boards in rooms

Property is nice and clean. Staff and service are bad. Prior to coming to this hotel we send a number of requests for early checkin. I had a birthday exact at that day, we have many plans booked already. And we had a child, who needed just couple hours to sleep and refresh. Despite all our previous discussion the room was not ready. And we came not in 6am, but at 12pm. Cheput time is at 11am, so there are plenty of time to clean one room, especially we had asked several weeks prior our visit. It would be ok, if they would sayplease wait for 15 mi utes your room is almost over, like allother hotels do receiving prior request. No, they didn't allow us to checkin before 2 pm. Later becausr we were tierd and did not sleep previous night we oversleept our prepaid breakfast. It is 16€ per person - quite an amount for the family. Of course, no one offered us to return our money, especially they verifiying room number before allowing you to enter to the restaurant. There are many nice and friendly hotels service around. I would never recommend thos one to anyone!!! Again, only becase of service - people. The hotel itself is very nice, and breakfast (one of two days that we could try) is delishios. By thecthe way, people who work in therestaurant are very nice, but not the front desk!

The hotel is not well maintained, starting with the reception, hall, elevator and floors. The furniture in the small reception area is in need of cleaning or replacement. They have an area with cream leather seats that are completely dirty and stained-it seems with years of use and not cleaning. The room I stayed was dirty and there was mildew in the bathroom (I took pictures and showed it to reception). Definitely they don't care about cleaning. In addition to dirty room and dirty bathroom, the bed was hard, old and very uncomfortable, the furniture in the room was dirty and with stains, the room is not well sealed so you hear all the outside noises (like there are happening inside the room) and the walls in the room are so thin you hear EVERYTHING happening next door. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL.
