Basically my stay was a stopover. I arrived late at night, went out early in the morning. But I did noticed it was a bit noisier than usual. Staff was very nice to save my luggage while I was out after checkout.

Property is nice, good staff too. The walls are very thin, even with ear plugs in I could hear all my neighbors as well as staff cleaning up peoples food trays at 3am… not ideal at all. Lastly, unfortunately the mattress is by far the worst I have even sat on…

WORST PROPERTY & EXPERIENCE EVER!!!! THE HOTEL IS ONLY 10mns AWAY FROM THE AIRPORT BUT THEIR SHUTTLE TRANSPORTATION TAKES 40 to 50mns TO PICK YOU UP AT THE AIRPORT AND DROP YOU OFF AT THEIR HOTEL! STAFF IS VERY RUDE, CONDESCENDING AND UNAPOLOGETIC!!! THERE IS NO ASSISTANCE PROVIDED TO TAKE YOUR LUGGAGE TO THE ROOM AND NO DIRECTION NOR INFORMATION FROM THE RECEPTION DESK NEITHER ! I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE TO STAY IN THEIR PROPERTY AND IT IS NOT A 4 STAR HOTEL!!!! PATRONS BE AWARE!!!!!!!

Location close to the Barcelona airport and free shuttle bus service was excellent. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Breakfast was very good quality and value.

The place looks lovely inside but the bed was too hard for me and there was so much noise (doors banging/showers/toilets flushing) all night that I hardly slept at all. You need to sound proof the rooms better as people are going to be going to and going from the airport at different times throughout the night.

Third time in staying in this hotel due to business travel, all great my only recommendation would be to put more people to help expedite the check in. we lost 30 minutes just to check every time as I usually arrive late at night waiting for so long get worst.

Habitaciones muy cómodas y amplias. El servicio en el restaurante es muy bueno. Convenientemente ubicado muy cerca del aeropuerto y con servicio de shuttle muy frecuente. Excelente opción.

Very pleasant stay. Shuttle service was great! I did not have to wait long at all and shuttle was every 20 minutes... even after 11pm. Room was modern and clean. Very appreciated. I would definitely stay again.

Quiet and convenient for an early morning flight. The room smelled of smoke (which might be a Spain thing), and the van driver was grumpy (which might have been a pre-dawn thing).

We had a 6am flight back to the States so spent the night here prior to our 0330am wakeup. Unfortunately there were so many people in the same situation as us that the shuttle filled up so we had to use a taxi to take us to the airport. The shuttle runs every 20 minutes but can only fit so many people and suitcases.

Surprisingly excellent. Was expecting a crummy airport hotel. The location is in the middle of a bunch of warehouses. But the property itself is terrific. Well designed, good restaurant/bar, nice rooms, nice common spaces.

The property excellent but the security guy at night his really disrespectful,rude,mean guy even the way he approached to kids and adults is really disappointed… but front desk staff and other staff in the hotel really nice people.. just this security guy maked our stay really disappointed and even treated us that he would make us leave the hotel.

This hotel was extremely convenient to the airport which was helpful for our early morning flight. The hotel was nice and the staff were super friendly. The best part of our stay was dinner! It was fantastic....we were pleasantly surprised! The club sandwich and fish & chips were outstanding!

Had a terrible experience with very loud banging/screeching noise - might have been an elevator issue. Finally went down @0300 and asked to change rooms as unable to sleep with the constant screeching - completely unacceptable.

High quality airport hotel. Rooms are good, dining options good, staff service was great. Staying overnight between flights so no need to explore beyond the property. Only disappointment was the swimming pool was closed (though it looked lovely).
