Nice hotel in a fantastic location. The rooms are small (compared to hotel rooms in the US) but had everything we need. I loved this area and if I came back to Barcelona would definitely stay here again.

Fantastic location - walkable to many attractions, and access to transportation to others. Hotel staff were professional, helpful and courteous. Rooms were of a good size; nice, large shower stalls. Hallway noise could be easily heard, and aircon in room rather weak, but overall experience great.

We really loved our stay here. The room was spacious, had plenty of storage and was very clean. The beds were big and comfy. We walked to most places but there are bus stops and the metro less than 2 minutes walk away. There are also nice restaurants and cocktail bars very close by.

Very nice hotel. Looks just like photos. Great location. Updated interior. Street a little noisy at night, but this will be the case with all downtown hotels. The windows of our room did seem to block a lot of it.

Hard to sleep as you can hear everything in all the rooms around you. The room itself was clean. The blankets on the bed were basically a thin bedsheet, I was freezing cold all night. Good location, just not a great stay for me.

Everything was fantastic, the cafe downstairs, rhe pool, the terrace, the staff and the neighborhood. If I go back to Barcelona, I’ll book at the Oasis again.

Absolutely gorgeous little hotel but the mattress on the bed was so hard we barely slept for three nights. Location was perfect and everything was immaculate. The bar manager on the pool bar was rude and obnoxious - basically kept certain areas of the seating for Spanish external guests so that hotel guests had nowhere to sit & served them first leaving hotel guests waiting 25 mins for a drink

Hotel Oasis was a great stay and would absolutely recommend and come back!! Check in very easy and room was ready when we arrived at 1pm - fantastic! Staff member was lovely and gave us tips for the city. We were first floor and room faced to street but there was little to no noise at all through the night. Did not disturb our sleep at all. Room was so clean and spacious. Very comfy bed and amazing foam pillows - wanted to sneak them home! If like us you like your tea - bring your own tea bags. Ones in room weren’t for us at all. Big waterfall shower and great pressure every time we used it. Hotel is so accessible for the city, the beach/marina and transport links to anywhere you are going. Shops for essentials at the end of the street and train station close by. We didn’t use the pool area but looked nice. Very small pool and quite an intimate area with seats and tables looking over. Not a sunbathing area though. Guy was a bit rude about giving us some ice when we asked but still got it. Hotel could maybe invest in an ice machine for guests. Only thing I would say that wasn’t great is the facilities available to freshen up if you have an early check out but late flight/travel home. The small toilet in the hotel lobby is the only area to use with no shower/good washing facilities or mirror etc. Males and females use the area so zero privacy with customers to the cafe area and staff also using the facility. Relatively small point and may not bother others. Great stay though!

Terrible experience on arrival!
We booked a Superior Room courtyard view but on arrival we were put into a street view room which was too noisy. We asked to be put into the room type we had booked. This was done and we left our bags in the room while we went out for meal. When we came back we were informed by reception that our bags had been removed because they thought we had left things in the first (street-view) room - we hadn't. So apparently they had given our room away to another customer and physically removed our bags. In our view it is very bad practice and very unprofessional to physically remove our bags from the room we had been allocated and give the room away to another customer. Eventually we were given another room (third time lucky!) which matched what we had originally booked but the whole experience left us feeling angry, frustrated and somewhat violated. The whole issue needs looking into by the hotel management and hopefully we will receive compensation. Essentially our holiday was ruined by the hotel and by BA who lost our suitcases!! On the positive side the hotel is in a great location and rooms / facilities generally good. Staff generally pleasant / helpful but our experience on our first evening indicates some issues around professionalism, customer service, and organisation.
