Thank you very much for your comment. We're sorry for the intense heat in your room. As we say on all the websites, the air conditioning and heating change depending on the time of year. Thus, below 18 degrees Celsius activates the central heating system (temperatures during tour stay were around 9-15 degrees). Anyway, we have been looking for complaints from other clients, and we have only found another from a client who was also for those same dates. We have 84 rooms, and the highest rooms can get hotter on sunny days. Unfortunately, we have a building built in the fifties, without space to install the double airway.
