Spa facilities excellent addition and staff and general service was excellent. Noise from a local nightclub resulted in a lower rating as disturbed on one of the nights.

Wonderful service, great spa and good for business
Wonderful staff. Incredible spa. Kind service and they could not be more helpful. Thanks to the front desk especially, who were so helpful. A short walk to Marina metro stop, and taxis to the centre at night about 10e which is not bad. Great coffee shop and bakery near the Marina metro stop!

The spa itself was a lovely experience and worth staying at the hotel. Our room, not so much. We ended up in a handicap room for some unknown reason, which was in need of updating. Mattress liner and sheets were stained. The area surrounding the hotel left us feeling uncomfortable and there were very limited dining options nearby. Thankfully the location was close to transit and we were able to plan our meals for elsewhere.

The hotel itself is looks brand new. The front staff are very courteous and accommodating which is normal. No help when we logged our luggage to our room. Our room 1204 was not clean properly, it looks like the cleaner just collect the towel replaced and not clean it for a newer hotel there were lots of mold and dirt on the grout of the tile bathroom. The caulking around the tub looks like it hasn't been clean and wiped for the dust around it is dried and dirty. The floor was not mopped there were remnants of dried water droplets. The hotel is far from any tourist attractions even the transport. You really have to rely on taxi or walking not close to any restaurants. We thought it was close to Sagrada nor les ramblas but it was not.

At the beginning we had a problem with one of single beds which was broken and there were no blankets. The reception was very helpful and delivered the blankets overnight and the bed was repaired the next day. The breakfast was wonderful.

The hotel is not in the city center, but a couple of stops away, 10 min walk to the beach and it has a spa. The spa is an excellent addition and free for those who stay in the hotel. Special thanks to Morel, the spa manager. In overall, the staff is professional and helpful. Had some problems with the reservation. However, my standard room was upgraded to a suite with no charge. Thank you, Mr Joseph! The cleaning service - very good. Next time in Barcelona, will definitely stay at this hotel! Just a minor thing - there is a bar place across the street, was very loud there at night. But you can ask for a room on the other side of the hotel.

I stayed for 3 nights it was half board so I got the breakfast and dinner included but you pay for your drinks. What I enjoyed the most was the Spa, it was great after a long day out. The food was good on the first and 3rd night.and for breakfast, they have a scrumptious buffet.My room was good enough with essentials but the shower room in my room already needing an upgrade. The restroom is still. Hotel staff was nice and attentive to the guest. 15-20 minutes taxi to Sagrada Familia and Park Guell.

The hotel was in a relatively empty part of town - virtually no restaurants or stores. Further, the hotel was sort of run down and our room was smelly. The bathroom was not overtly dirty, but the tile had very obviously not been scrubbed in months.

Too noisy every single night we stay for 7 nights. Loudspeaker and drunk people making noise every night on the road. AC not working . Only heater works. When complain to manager . He replied that AC start working from may onwards . So hot at night time . If we keep window open then noise . If we close then boiling.

The hotel is in a great location for the Beautiful beaches, a short walk to Sagrada Familia and within easy reach of metro lines 1 and 5. We even walked to La Rambla! Hotel room was a great size (although very hot), the spa was brilliant (our 13 and 14 year olds loved it too.) The pool and outside area is a nice touch. The reception staff were all very helpful. It does look like the hotel is in an area that is being developed, but that didn’t cause us any problems. We’d stay again!

We were offered a suit on the first floor, right above the spa zone. It was extremely humid in the hotel room and smells very bad. Shower in our room was flimsy and very old and the celling was dirty with some previous water leaks. Overall hotel feels like old 3*, we will avoid it next time.

The staff were very friendly and helpful during stay. Unfortunately, due to a cancelled flight, we were unable to spend very much time here to appreciate the spa, so we only had a chance to experience the hotel side.
