The modern apartment Dama 1 is nestled within wonderful greenery and boasts an excellent location in close proximity to Lake Garda. The 60 m2, stylishly decorated property, which is located on a fenced property and therefore provides guests with a high degree of privacy, consists of a living room with a sofa bed, a well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, one bedroom as well as one bathroom. The property can therefore accommodate 4 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi and air conditioning. Furthermore, the apartment boasts a beautiful covered terrace, where you can spend relaxed evenings with your loved ones and toast to a great holiday with a glass of full-bodied wine. Due to its superb location in the historical centre, a selection of shops, restaurants, bars and cafes can be easily reached on foot within 5 minutes. The closest supermarket is just 200 m away (a 2-minute walk). The nearest beach, Spiaggia Punta Cornicello, with its soft, golden sand and idyllic surroundings, is just a 10-minute walk away. Here you can swim in the refreshing lake and absorb the wonderful Italian sun.

2 Minute walk from town center

Property was fantastic. Everything felt super clean and almost brand new. Apartment is very large. Check in was clear and easy. On site parking is a big plus. From this location you are 2 min walk from all the main shops and restaurants in the heart of Bardolino. Right next to a park so if you have small children like we did this is also a huge benefit. If we are ever on lake Garda again we would definitely rebook this place and stay in Bardolino.

Die Ferienwohnung liegt im Zentrum , ist modern und sauber.

Pros: Die Ferienwohnungen, hat im Grundstück Parkplätze, wo das Auto sicher steht. Außerdem liegt sie im Zentrum wo man abends gemütlich verweilen kann. Aurelio ist freundlich. Die Übergabe vom Schlüssel hat perfekt geklappt. Wir kommen wieder 😊

Erwartungen übertroffen

Die Wohnung liegt in ruhiger Lage mitten in Bardolino. Es sind zu Fuß ca. 5 Minuten zum Gardasee. Der Vermieter ist äußerst freundlich, hilfsbereit und stets um das Wohl besorgt. Parken kann man direkt auf dem Grundstück, welches durch ein Tor gesichert ist. Die Ausstattung ist sehr gut, die Wohnung war sehr sauber und völlig ausreichend. Wir können die Wohnung guten Gewissens empfehlen!

Sehr schöne Wohnung

Die Wohnung ist sehr modern und nett eingerichtet. Sie liegt sehr zentral aber dennoch sehr ruhig und alles ist fussläufig erreichbar … der Vermieter hat eine perfekte Anreisebeschreibung geliefert , er ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit und jederzeit erreichbar … sehr zu empfehlen !
