Location was suitable for our needs. Check-in was ok, although a phone call was required to bring staff to reception desk. Room was adequate and comfortable, with all amenities provided. Disappointed that the Centro Bar and Grill was not open, would have been convenient

Kym, the lady in the reception was very accommodating. She facilitated everything which included cancellation of my double booking and making our stay an enjoyable one. Coming from Perth to relocate to Sunshine Coast, we had a lot of baggage plus the long trip. Kym arranged an earlier checked-in and sent two equally kind ladies to assist us to our room. Thank you again Kym. I’ll definitely recommend this place.

Only there overnight so didn’t have much time around the property otherwise was a great place for overnight. Only thing we didn’t like is the millions of birds in the Carpark which left us to scrub our cars down if bird Pooh.
