Disliked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, location, listing accuracy
Told the kids about our holiday surprise. Packed suitcases, the car and drove for hours. Arrived at our VRBO booking only to be told by staff that they messed up the booking and had nowhere for us to stay!!! How bad is that!!!
