The hotel was in a great location right next to the bus station and the staff were rrally friendly and helpful. We arrived early and got checked in just after 12 and our room was upgraded to a room with a bath. Would definitely stay again.

Parking not best as not on site Drop off area at main door had staff vehicles parked and was difficult to drop off the other guests in my car for checking in😡 Staff did help after trying to move us on first but after explaining I was dropping off guests they backed down and helped with baggage

Reception staff are very welcoming and helpful. Clean hotel with a lot of history. Reasonable price for 3 nights.Effective lift system (choose the floor on a pad which advises lift A,B or C before you get in) . Very comfortable bed. Daily room cleaning but had to ask cleaner to clean sticky floor when we arrived and provide towels. Large rooms. Excellent city view from 11th floor at the front. Bus station at the rear and plenty of shops, pubs, restaurants nearby. A bit dangerous when leaving at the front doors as taxis drive very close to the entrance. We would stay again if travel to Belfast.

Overall it as ok place. Big missing point no gym, and guests have to pay to go workout at the gym close by. We did not like following items: Safe box was broken it took me few calls to staff in order to get it fixed, window handle was broken and it was hard to open it or close. We did not like huge red stain on the carpet. Everything else was fine. Location is great!

Staff are really friendly. I had a leak in my room and was upgraded quickly to an executive suite. Restaurant food delicious and piano bath so relaxing to sit and relax

This was mine and my daughter’s second stay at The Europa Hotel. The staff are very friendly and welcoming on arrival. Room was really nice, bed nice and comfortable. Would highly recommend staying here

Absolutely beautiful hotel on the inside, staff are amazing but on the outside it was very dirty, homeless people and students drinking. Not the hotels fault but the area has came down over the years.

As always Europa staff never ask if you had a good stay or any issues. Surely that is the least someone should be trained in within supposed hospitality industry. Room seemed clean but toiletries, toilet role not checked and missing. Clock radio didn’t even have a cable to plug in. Little things but very different to the old days.

I stay here a lot and very convenient for central Belfast. Great history, lovely restaurant with lovely welcoming staff. Rooms also nicely large d out and spacious.

This is an iconic hotel in Belfast. My room was clean, pleasant decor and spiffy electrically operated blinds but it was difficult to regulate the temperature and I felt it was on the cold side. The bed was very comfortable and it was quiet. However for a hotel of its class I think there was a lack of storage space. An open hanging area which also holds a large ironing board along with a low cupboard. The bathroom was clean but I am not keen on showers over bathtubs and felt the anti slip of the tub itself was a bit worn so I didn’t risk using it. The restaurant was very good and the food delicious and competitively priced. Overall I enjoyed my first stay in the Europa.

Great place to stay for a city break
Excellent location for an evening in town. Staff and service both excellent. Toilet doors are glass, which was a bit strange (not really for us) plus they didn’t quite close properly. No towels in room when we checked in but that was quickly resolved.
