Room was clean but tired. Building going on right outside the hotel. Bad was comfy, shower warm and comfortable but room generally in a bit of a tired state.

Website stated there was a restaurant and when I got there I was told it had been closed during Covid. So I had to go out for breakfast and dinner. Stayed for 2 nights and the room was never serviced in that time M.

Fantastic location
The hotel was lovely, comfortable and lots of tea/coffee on request. Perfect location, just behind the Crown Pub, lots of eating places and cafes etc and a short 4 min walk from the bus station. We used the bus 300 from the airport £12.50 return each, all buses went like clockwork very well organised. Shops are around a 10 min walk and city hall about 6 mins away where you can catch the hop on/off bus. Titanic experience we caught the G1 glider bus by the city hall which was about £1.25 one way. We walked it back to the centre on return which took us 40 mins.

The hotel is in a perfect location for exploying Belfast. Plenty of shops, restaurants and pubs in walking distance. Also not far from europa bus station where you can catch buses every 30 minutes to take you to the airport. A pub and outdoor drinking area is directly opposite the hotel, meaning lots of external noise is heard into the early hours if your room is at the front.

Perfect location if you are wanting to visit Belfast. Everywhere is walkable and close by. Staff were very attentive and helpful. Pricing was ideal too
