2nd visit
Still a beautiful property, location is perfect, sadly disappointed that not in the Sa,e pristine condition as last year, spoke to property owner who explained new cleaners due to circumstances out of his control but was pleased it had been reported so action could be taken.

Cosy Cottage
Lovely cosy cottage with everything you needed. Although no drive/allocated parking we had no problem parking outside. Lovely bedrooms and great for the dogs downstairs. There are walks close by for the dogs but its some distance to walk from the cottage to places you can let them off the lead.

Great place to stay
Lovely little house which suited the 4 of us (+dog) well for 2 nights. Very clean, warm and cosy. Fabulous dining room floor!!! We ate out at the Devonshire Arms...best chicken wings ever, and had take away from the Indian. Blessed with good weather which helped complete a lovely few days in Derbyshire.

This property has been carefully modernised and has kept charming features with two modern bathrooms and a kitchen all you need. Warm and cosy with lovely walks, pubs and Belper centre close by. Our family of four adults and golden retriever hope to be able to return.

Weekend in Belper
Lovely property fairly close to Belper centre. Very well equipped throughout. Comfortable beds. Steep stairs may be a problem for older guests or small children though there is a stairgate at the top of the stairs

A wee slice of heaven!
Can't recommend highly enough. No complaints whatsoever. Everything about our stay was made easy by the host, who lives nearby and was very thoughtful and responsive. Property was exactly as shown in the photos. Convenient to shopping (great traditional high street plus Morrison's and Aldi), pubs (The Grapes is a 5 minute walk and the friendliest we found), splendid countryside just outside the town. My wife and I stayed for 2 months this summer and couldn't have been happier with our accommodations. Book now, you won't regret it!
