Spacious and well appointed immaculate apartment
Well presented spacious fresh clean and beautifully appointed apartment. Very comfortable and home from home. Has netflix a godsend for when you need some entertainment in inclement weather or of an evening. Nice small balcony to sit on of an early morning and evening with a drink. Master bedroom is fab and air conditioning is also a major plus. The apt is in a small block development and very quiet mostly residential . However, is on a busy key road to the marina and can be a bit noisy especially if any windows or doors open and at times when many commercial vehicles ate servicing the many businesses and hotels around the marina. However, this is a small issue and should not put you off this really lovely apartment and its excellent proximity to the marina, beach and all the facilities close by.

The apartment was excellent
Just as the apartment was advertised but the corner were it was located was extremely noisy all day and night due to traffic and the bars nearby people were shouting and singing at 2am in the morning. We had 11 sleepless nights even with ear plugs in our ears I would not recommend this apartment to any one even if you were party goers

Property was very clean and tidy and close to lots of good restaurants. Also a very short walk to lovely beaches. The only downfall was that the only mirrors were in the bathroom, it would have been good to have at least one mirror in a bedroom, especially with four females sharing . Overall we all very much enjoyed our holiday.

Single parent family stay Costa del Sol
A lovely apartment for a small family. Brilliant location for Benalmadena beach, Puerto Marina, sealife, boat trips, mini golf, cable cars up to the mountain, supermarkets, we also caught the train into Malaga for a day, shopping, bars, clubs, restaurants and clubs. Loads going on but with it was nice and quiet and cool haven.

If looking for somewhere close to the marina, your are very close .
It fulfilled all my requirements for the purpose of my visit. My friend & I had no intention of cooking and just needed somewhere close to everything which it was. Good sized fridge, small what looked like an induction hob (never used) a dinning table and L shape settee. TV seemed to be limited to 3 channels but I didn’t come out here to watch TV so that wasn’t an issue. The apartment has a small room with twin beds and limited wardrobe and a much larger double room with a 3 door sliding wardrobe. The toilet is what we might refer to as a jack & jill because it had a door in double bedroom and a consealed sliding door which was in main seating area. Small balcony with a table and chair. Overall I was happy with what I got

Perfect location, lovely clean appartment
4 of us stayed at the appartment. The location was perfect, not far from the beach, Marina, restaurants and shops. The appartment was as described, clean and had all facilities we required. It was ideal for my Mum and her friend as it was 1st floor, but there was a lift. It's very secure, as it is in a gated appartment block. We would stay here again, and would recommend this appartment to anyone.

Very comfortable apartment and lovely beds worked well for 3 ladies.Well equipped only down side was no patio chairs and no dvd or english television.
