Old Mill is 5 min away and downtown is less than 10. Walking trails and hiking at your doorstep.
The location truly makes this home special — spend your mornings walking the river trail, afternoons by the pool, and evenings at concerts or relaxing around the backyard fire pit under the stars.
Inside, the home is bright, comfortable, and thoughtfully furnished with stylish modern touches throughout. This is well loved and our main home that we rent out for summer. Sleeping arrangements include a king bed, triple bunk beds, and a full bed, making it ideal for families or groups.
The backyard is designed for relaxing and entertaining,a trampoline, outdoor dining table, fire pit, and plenty of space to unwind after a day exploring Bend. Pet-friendly and welcoming, this home offers the perfect balance of comfort, convenience, and outdoor living for your Central Oregon stay.
