Getting to the hotel was terrible. Directions were not correct. Once arrived, there is are no clear indicators of where to park to check in or how to navigate arrival. The room had no hand soap, and lacked cleanliness. Walls are extremely thin, everything can be heard from people talking in the hallways to a bus passing by in the streets. It’s a good location away from all the downtown party craziness

Rubbish left by previous guests that literally stunk the place up. A mountain is being demolished next door and heavy duty machinery is been used , website misleading al and all a disaster

Rooms were all clean and comfortable. However, the lock for our front door was clearly broken as we had to get security up to the room on three different occasions to assist in opening the door and with no telephone number for reception on any doors/walls we had to make our way from the 34th floor down to the building down the road to reception to ask for assistance. The door jam/frame was damaged and not square which meant closing the door was always a hassle as nothing lined up. The kitchen was also a sore sight. The worktop was made of several small offcuts, some of which weren’t even secure. Pieces of the worktop were broken apart around the sink and if touched would of come apart, very clearly needed replacing rather than attempting to poorly fix it. Extractor fans in both bathrooms didn’t work and no window either so no way of getting the steam out. Overall wouldn’t recommend the self catering apartments, maybe would be different in the main hotel, but disappointing standard.

The hotel room was really good, and also had more than enough facilities in there. But there was no reception area and also the pool and a few facilities was closed for maintenance. Having said that we was allowed to use the hotel next door facilities was was really good but we was really confused when we arrived. Having said that it was a really good trip and the hotel was really good in the end

70th birthday bash
we were a party of 11 age range 14-74 all enjoyed ourselves nice clean apartments would have appreciated some sort of information in rooms about services available and things to do was a bit of a pain having reception in a building next door which was quite a walk up and down 2 lots of steps just glad it didnt rain. people in reception helpful and would stay here again

Really nice appartment. We didnt cook. So. Didnt use cooking facilities, but it seemed more than adequate. Free shuttles to the beach and back, clean rooms. Late check out for 40€ was good, cleaner wasnt aware and kicked off a bit when she found one of the lads in the room when she came to clean. Check in at sister hotel, we used their pool too. Went in October and there was plenty of sunbeds available. Can imagine it get very hectic at peak times

Had issues with our initial room, the aircon was broken and the bathroom door wouldn’t shut (it was wide open) this wasn’t dealt with in the best way, they lied to us saying they had no other rooms available and the staff were just super rude in general. It was annoying having to go back and forth to the reception in the hotel next door to solve the issues. Ruined the first day of our 4 day stay as we had to wait a couple hours for them sort. Once we had moved to a new room we realised they hadn’t given us enough towels...another trip to the hotel next door only to find the maids had finished for the day. My mate had to shower with a hand towel! Facilities you can use at the hotel next door make up for the apartment a little bit. It was pretty basic but OK for a short stay. I’d probably spend a bit more and stay somewhere closer and nicer next time. Won’t be returning that’s for sure!

The views are amazing from this hotel, check in and out was fast and friendly. Security are great at keeping the stag do’s under control! Boys will be boys but sometimes they could get rowdy. Overall really pleased

60th birthday celebration stay
We booked from the site which stated 6 single beds as we were mature friends staying in a two bed apartment. Despite the site stating clearly 6 single beds there was no such apartment and the one we were allocated was in fact 2 bedrooms with a double bed and twin beds, then a living room with a sofa bed. This was simply not suitable and did not match our request. The hotel reception offered a 2 bed aptmt with 2 sets of twin beds and again a sofa bed. This was not suitable as being mature people, none of us wanted to share a bed, especially a sofa one. With various phonecalls to and from yourselves between 2 and 5pm our problem was eventually solved by providing two apartments with 6 single beds. We were very appreciative of this and after a terrible start managed on the whole to enjoy our stay apart from the awful smell along the corridor and in one of the apartments which seemed to come from the drains. One of the toilet door frames also fell off and hit one of us hard on the head as the door also fell off. The maintenance guy did come and fix this the same day, yet the reception didn't seem concerned about the accident and said they did not have an accident book to record such things.

Hotel was exactly what you pay for, lads holiday but i booked a apartment to my self, clean, tidy and a place to stay Only real downside was the waiting times for the lifts A LOT of groups you can see very angry that they had to pay a deposit of over 400 euro (i paid 150 being solo) and they went to the extreme of taking a full video tour before they went in, really, this is and should always be expected on a lads trip away to take extra just incase, our group had no issues with this so just a heads up Taxis are plentiful, want a good breakfast its just a coupke mins walk, the pool in the sister hotel next door is great for all day sun and drinks, enjoy !

After booking the accommodation and then reading the reviews I was expecting the worst! Group of 6 guys headed to these apartments, had no issues whatsoever, at the end of the day you get what you pay for and have to expect budget accommodation. The room was clean and tidy and was cleaned every day we were there / fresh towels etc. €300 euro deposit was given and was returned back on check out with no problems at all. I can't really fault the service or accommodation for the price and would happily stay here again.

Hen party weekend
Was very nervous before arriving here as we were a group of 19 girls in my best friends hen party. Everything from start to finish was smooth with no problems. The deposit is £300 per room and there was no problem getting our money back at the end of the holiday.

Really good apartments better than expected perfect base for long weekend for 30th we had such a good time the apartment was ideal for what we needed, it is a bit of a treck from the centre but literally 2 mins in a taxi 5 euro or something plus a lot of hotels are a taxi ride from the beach its to be expected, there was 4 lifts and never had any probs with them whatsoever. Would recommend these apartments, great value for money

Myself and my brother had a great couple of days in one of your apartments and the food at the hotel next door was very good. The shuttle bus was a godsend for us older people who could not have coped with the hills.

My only 1 critisism was that the lifts were a bit of a nightmare, 34 floors and most often only 2 of the 4 lifts working . But thats just a small point for what is actually a superb property, rooms are great, clean, spacious and modern

Had to check in at the hotel next door, reception at my hotel was shut. Property did not appear to be cleaned during my 3 night stay nor towels changed. However this did not bother me. The apartment was spacious and had all amenties needed. Balcony was huge. The only real downside was that is was up a hill and even for someone who does exercise, i struggled. It was worth getting a taxi up the hill, put it that way! Other than that value for money was good.
