Quiet hotel at night, apart from some of the very strange very loud acts eg sax, the acts need to be vetted better, gymnastics on a frame is not the best entertainment for guests, please ask your guests at the Sandos about the entertainment to see if they liked them, more than likely they will say No, food ok but not much choice, the staff could learn to smile more, apart from the dj’s who were fab, check in and check out was very unfriendly and impersonal, no welcome drinks, hotel needs a bit TLC, doors a nightmare to open, toilet leaking, heating broke, cleaners do a good job though.

Excellent weeks stay, perfect location, Dennis fantastic in the restaurant. Great drink options and evening entertainment for all. Strange however that they screen off parts of the kitchen area in the rooms so you can’t use the sink ect. But overall very nice place to stay

Another fantastic stay at this hotel but this time with my son daughter-in-law & grandchildren 10 & 6 they loved it! Kids club activities & the kids club rooms behind the stage were great they were able to be given a little freedom about the hotel & made friends. The entertainers work hard for everyone. Great to see so many of the staff back working who always remember you & give service with a smile. Hotel was full! back to pre covid times & it was just just delightful to see so many people enjoying themselves. Dennis runs a tight ship in the restaurant food always warm with lots of choices. We upgraded to Select lounge access & it was well worth it. Help yourself to Premium branded drinks in comfy lounge.

All good but walls a bit thin.....
Clean and comfy hotel and great breakfast. Taxi to the centre cost about 5-7 euros. The walls are a bit on the thin side and you can hear the neighbours easily and I can imagine this could be a problem if your neighbors have different sleeping hours.

This is my fourth stay at Sandos Benidorm suites .all have been excellent area of hotel great ,staff great ,food great ,pool area not crowded with plenty of sun beds .this visit I stayed on 23rd floor and was worried about the lifts but they worked well and had a great view

This summer the self service was not allowed at the Select Lounge due to the sanitary restrictions, so we implemented the service for your Premium Drinks at both bars, the pool bar during the day and the Rolling's bar during the evening and night. The use of the sofas and balinese beds was permitted as well as the rest of the benefits included in your room. Hopefully in your next visit you will find more novelties regarding this facility. Had a wonderful time but noticed it wasn't as good as last year. Food in restaurant was excellent but disapponted bar near pool wasn't open this year. This was handy if you missed lunch as it done kebabs pizza etc

Just back, stayed 5th December
Lovely hotel with great choice of food. Rooms are biggest we have stayed in with fantastic south facing balcony. If you want the best views you need to go high. My wife doesnt like high so we were on 12th floor. This was fine as hotel is not overlooked like some. 10 minute walk takes you to almost the middle of the fantastic Benidorm prom. Only 1 complàint and that was the drink. Beer is Cruzcampo which we just can't stomach and the lack of Smirnoff vodka (which you can have if you want to pay extra or are a premier guest). For goodness sake, you can buy a litre for about €10 in the shops. First AI hotel we have stayed in that hasn't served Smirnoff. Just had to drink the 103 brandy instead :-) Thanks to Jose at reception for the room allocation and Fran and the boys behind the bar.

All was amazing at this hotel bar restaurant entertainment reception was top class food drink was fab if you complain you must be too fussy , the only fault we were asked if you wanted to upgrade the all inclusive

The weather was great the hotel was very nice But when it came to the food i my come across snobby but used to long hull luxury all inclusive this was vile The food was like scholl dinners sloppy and definitely re heated breakfast was a stright off no no we went to the titanic pub around the corner for ours an also meant after very late nights out we we not restricted on the ridiculous meal times We found the staff to be rude an full of attitude not what im used to at all If your from the north you would love the food as it would be luxury for you guys The drinks were vile too made me lauth the amount of northerners drinking the so called pina calsrders which was coloured water I asked for a cappuccino and it was iced chocolate water Seriously do not put yourself through it We got a noise complaint at 1am as but we had no music on at all it was the loud drunken northerners 70years of age banging on about tuna sandwiches on there balcony You ask the staff for something and everything was an effort for them Im.not gonna even speak about the poolbar that serves snacks You get what you pay for if your from.the north This is luxury for you guys Me an my mate came for a few days but definitely going self catering next year
