No aircon dispite advertised as having aircon. Staff just said oh yeah its not on in the whole hotel. No fan or anything to help. Breckfast was the usual stuff but very limited and quite poor quality. Was clean enough just dated and a bit run down.

The hotel is 3 minutes away from the beach and the breakfast at the hotel is good. Housekeeping had cleaned the room every single day, but during my five night stay I have seen bugs 3 times in my room. which was very unpleasant.

Pros: Pretty much central location Reasonable price (booked out of season) My bathroom had a rain style shower head (I love those). Cons: Pool was not heated If you like a fried breakfast you're best eating out. It wasn't particularly tasty. Pillows weren't particularly comfortable.

I couldn’t fault the hotel the staff were very friendly and welcoming and very clean . The hotel is in a perfect location I loved looking around the old town also minutes to the beach. It was my first holiday on my own since losing my husband so I was apprehensive the only downfall for me was the hotel is mostly Spanish tourists so I felt on my own when in the dining room although everyone was lovely I couldn’t find anyone to have a chat with

Friendly, helpful and professional front desk staff, everyone fluent in English, clean and comfortable room, "full board" option was a wise decision 🙂 - food was delicious and a great value, good location - lively neighborhood, just 7 minutes walk to the closest beach, great animation staff 🙂

Good Visit
Warm welcome, & allowed in early, Plenty of space in our room, balcony over looking the pool, nice bathroom, small fridge included, enjoyed our meals, Full board, didn't think the choice of menu was as good as previous visits, but didn't go hungry, over all a good 4 night stay though we did have a complaint made againist us for noise, this was the TV, which has a sound control on it.

Very nice hotel, staff very helpful, especially the cleaners. Food was good. Only downside is the poor soundproofing between rooms, meaning next door's tv or snoring is clearly audible.

No air-conding as described on Expedia hotel information, little sleep because of hot room, humming noise constantly from hotel systems just outside my room. Building work from 9a.m, drilling & loud radio on the floor I stayed on , staff unsympathetic . Where is refund? Lucky I only booked one night!

This place was very inexpensive but you get what you pay for - in my case this meant a room with a view of the parkade and trash. Pool is cold. Breakfast buffet is a real bargain. Very walkable area close to lots of bars, restaurants, shopping, and the beach.

Staff very friendly. All hotel communication in Spanish, can’t read Spanish so that was an issue. Cleaning staff outstanding. Food varied. Only one English Channel on TV (international news-on loop) hotel and grounds spotless. 10 mins walk from beach.
