‘Villa Miro' is located in Benissa, between Maraira and Calpe.
IDEAL for 2 families. (4slpk, 4bdk) Possible up to 9 persons (extra bed is added)
Very quiet location, the domain offers complete privacy. The swimming pool is located in an oasis of green.
Pool dimensions: 5 by 10m, WITH SWIMMING POOL ALARM

Close to the sea (1km) Cala de Baladrar- and located between Moraira (5km) and Calpe (11km). From the beach you can walk to Calpe (60 '). Both the beach of Baladrar and along the beach there are bars and restaurants.

An open naya overlooking the pool and garden offers direct access to the open kitchen with spacious living and dining room.
The kitchen is equipped with every comfort./ Dishwasher / oven + stove / microwave / coffeemaker / toaster / etc.
Next door is a utility room with washer, dryer and fridge / freezer.
In the living room there is a fireplace / satellite TV / DVD player / air conditioning / etc.

The villa includes four spacious bedrooms with air conditioning and each with a separate bathroom.
1 bedroom with bathroom is located on the ground .This bedroom has a double bed (1m60).
On the 1st floor are the other 3 bedrooms with their own bathrooms.

There is a difference in height between the street and the entrance of the villa. There are stairs.
The plot is not suitable for wheelchair users.

Lovely Villa. Big bedrooms. 4 bathrooms. Great pool area. Pool has no shallow end and some rough edges, but a good size and clean. All amenities available. Sabien is a great host, very helpful and good communications. Xxx

Apart from a couple of issues with insects and aircon at the beginning Sabien sorted it all out and the villa was great from then onwards. It is a shame Pedro could have been a bit more of a help when handing the keys ie he literally handed us the keys to the villa at the top gate without even showing us around the villa. Further, I would recommend that a small welcome basket would be a huge plus when arriving at the villa as there was nothing.

Beautiful high quality villa
The villa was beautiful and all fixtures and fittings were to a very high standard. The pictures do not do it justice. Quiet neighbourhood between Benissa and Moraira and 8 km from Calpe. Lots of restaurants and supermarkets within a short drive but a car is a must. The layout of the villa is perfect for a large family or even 4 couples All bedrooms have air con and their own bathroom. There are lots of steps so would not be easy for anyone elderly or people with buggies. Sabien the owner was helpful and attentive when we needed to contact him. Closest large supermarket is Mas-y-mas near Moraira. The villa pool is beautiful and there are plenty of sunbeds and outside eating areas. I would definetly recommend this villa and hope to return with my family again.

Lovely Villa, very clean and has everything you need.
We have just returned from 10 days staying here and can’t recommend it enough! The Villa is in a lovely quiet location but close enough (with a car) to lots of lovely towns and beaches. The villa was lovely and clean and Sabien the owner couldn’t have been more helpful. The only thing I would say could improve it would be some lightning by the steps leading down to the villa as we came home late a couple of times and it was hard to see where we were going. Overall this is a fab villa offering everything we needed for a great holiday and we would definitely recommend and would book again when we next visit this area. Thank you Sabien for letting us stay in your villa.

Wir waren eine Gruppe von 7 Freunden. Die Kommunikation zuvor und während des Aufenthalts mit Sabien verlief reibungslos. Auch die Schlüsselübergaben erfolgten ohne Probleme. Pünktlich zum vereinbarten Zeitpunkt haben wir den Schlüssel erhalten. Das Haus selbst liegt weiter oben. Zu Fuß zu erreichen, allerdings mit einigen Steigerungen. Größere Einkäufe zu Fuß sind nur schwierig zu erledigen. Ich empfehle daher weitere Wege mit dem Auto zurückzulegen. Bei Ankunft waren die Außenmöbel leider nicht sauber. Diese mussten zunächst sauber gemacht werden. Im Haus war dafür überwiegend alles sauber. Die Betten waren leider nicht ganz so bequem. Insgesamt waren wir aber alle zufrieden und hatten einen schönen Urlaub.

La casa súper cómoda. Todo lo necesario para pasar largas temporadas. Se nos ha hecho corta la estancia. El único pero es que es muy tranquila la zona para ir con adolescentes.

Maravillosa casa para disfrutar en familia
Nuestra mejor valoración para esta villa. La casa es amplia, estaba muy limpia y cuenta con mucho menaje que facilita la estancia. Ideal para una familia grande y niños. La piscina muy agradable y limpia. En coche se tarda poco en llegar a playas y servicios. Mención especial a Nuria, que nos facilitó mucho la llegada y estuvo a nuestra disposición durante la estancia, e incluso después. La máxima nota también para ella. Sin duda repetiremos.

Flott og hjemmekoslig villa med bra beliggenhet til strand og restauranter!
Vi har nettopp hatt 2 flotte uker i denne villaen! Alt i topp stand både inne og ute. Stor plass for en storfamile som oss med 3generasjoner og boligen er hyggelig innredet.Vi storkoste oss i bassenget og vandret nesten daglig til hyggelig strand med sjarmerende restaurant med nydelig paela!Sabien har vært fin å forholde seg til - punktlig med svar og avtaler! Kun en liten ting å bemerke ; kjøleskapet er noe lite for seks voksne og et barn - kunne vært 2 stykk?! Moraira like ved er en liten hyggelig by med flere ulike spisesteder og en svært barnevennlig sandstrand! Vi er glad vi valgte å bo hos Sabien!
