Cocoonr agency offers this 45 m² flat in Bénodet with sea view, 50 m from the Trez beach, with a swimming pool shared with the residence, which can accommodate up to 4 people.
Located on the 1ᵉʳ floor (no lift), it comprises a 20 m² living room, a fitted kitchenette, two bedrooms, two bathrooms (with bath or shower) and you can enjoy a balcony of approximately 6 m². Wifi included, we're waiting for you!
The accommodation comprises - A 20 m² living room with TV, sofa and dining area - Kitchenette with electric kettle, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc. - Bedroom 1: double bed (140x190) - Bedroom 2: a bunk bed (sleeps 2) ideal for children - Bathroom with bath. - A shower room with shower and WC
Outside: - A 6 m² south-facing balcony with sea views, equipped with garden furniture (table, deckchair, 6 outdoor chairs). - The residence's enclosed garden. - A shared swimming pool, open from 15/04 to 30/09, secured by a code gate and heated from mid-June to mid-September. A shower and footbath at the entrance, as well as sun loungers and parasols, are available around the pool. Opening dates are non-contractual and subject to change by the residence.
The flat is ideally located in Bénodet, in a calm and pleasant environment. All the essential shops are close at hand, including a grocery shop and a launderette in the Place du Méneyer at the foot of the residence.
Other activities : - Trez beach 50 m away and Letty beach 2.5 km away. - Visits to typical sites: Concarneau, Pointe du Raz, Plage de la Torche - Minigolf - Tree climbing - Water sports activities - Hiking trails - Thalasso and Spa
